If you are held accountable it will take extravagant means. The level of priviledge available to AA's is enviable. This is the crux of the issue for Democrats, their policy prescriptions are not as good as those of their opponents; in fact their policies are pointedly harmful. When this is what you have then you really cannot run on what you have done, since the outcomes of your policies are terrible. They are left with the "throwing the gun" solution they like to use for everything, call your opponents a name, disparage them.....convince your cult followers that it was the fault of the others....

Kamala has a better chance of contesting Trump than Biden did. How she conducts herself now, and how well they pretend Trump is a threat is essentially all they have left.

I want to believe this, I really do....but I want to have some memory of it, otherwise it really doesn't matter. Or am I the first iteration of my spirit? I doubt it.... Part of me wonders where did everything come from....matter....in general. Does matter simply "exist" or is it a creation of some "thing" else that is playing on this plane of existence? I think that is fair.....I mean, not every teacher is going to be up to the task. Some will be better than others. We are not all equally positioned with talent.

I anticipate there will absolutely be a number who disagree I am accustomed to being assailed from both sides of the isle around here. But I have witnessed the reality. People do not go into teaching for the money, they have a love for it....a love that is too often diminished by the despicable brats that people are raising. Low quality people deliver low quality kids who perform poorly.

I think one could have some useful debate on policy. Assuming (for the moment) that both sides of the isle want what is best for the nation, then the distinction between them will be "how" to get that outcome. Recent comparisons between the two suggest that, for the moment, conservatives have the upper hand in this comparison.
