It does not work that way. I do not expect to agree with everything that every politician stands for or implements, such notions of utopian solutions are just farcical. Instead I have to rank what I care about, and accept that I wont get everything I want, but should at least get the most important things.

When Reid did his little game with the filibuster I called it right then and there that this would eventually lead to Roe being overturned.....the premise that it would not come back to bite them is farcical....it was a stupid mistake that need not have been done. Correct. The DOJ has worked diligently to impede and delay, as they have for the Bidens in the past. So no surprise. This is a big reason for the widespread fear among Democrats, they know very well that Trump will make it a point to route out the DOJ and force exposure of their crimes.

As with any prosecution, you do not always just dive in, this is the norm.....what the Democrats have done is outside the norm....mostly because they were hoping to affect an election so they proceeded with inappropriate speed.

I have not forgotten about the Bill Clinton days, and I objected and continue to object to that. Are you now asserting that it was because of Bill Clinton that this was all done to Trump? Well, the Democrats sure have given the Republicans a roadmap to be absolutely despicable......they created new standards and precedents, that later....when turned back on them.....will cause them to cry and cry about Republicans being so mean, or authoritarian....or what ever..... I might suggest that you consider, the way the Democrats have behaved with the legal system is NOT the way it is to be used. The methodical and careful way the Republican's are doing it is more commensurate with normal legal actions.

It would seem that you are not familiar with how the justice system works. Perhaps, later, when the DOJ is no longer protecting the Bidens, you can get another example of how it works when you are not being protected.
