If Trump were to do as Biden did.....and announce his ntent to eliminate oil and coal, which touches every single commodity bought and sold....and then the markets immediately priced that in, as they tend to do....we would see real inflation in three months.....the lag is about 90 days....it was a stupid and unforced error that spun us into horrible inflation.....now, you can pretend that did not happen....or you can learn from it

I cannot discount it, but far more important to inflation was the assault on energy, which I asserted at the time was dangerous and would actually create the inflation we eventually saw, which was the truth. While I think that list simply must have Trump in it, and at the very least key allies they cannot afford to have hurt..... I keep wondering if this is not all some game being played on Democrats. In the past the Democrats were assiduously against the release, and we naturally thought at that time it must be a threat to them.....as we are now thinking about Trump et al..... So while they were scrambling before to avoid the exposure, now they demand its release. Could it be true that by having them demand its release, the admin is effectively removing their gaslighting that its all just political chicanery? I do not have a very high opinion of Schiff. He is IMHO one of the most corrupt and repulsive political operators of our time. All the leeches that were caravanning here for free stuff have diminished in no small part due to the potential for deportation, its simple smart strategy understanding human nature.

IMHO, they are not releasing it because they think it might hurt them politically. It could be true that Trump is in there, and so they are holding it back because they dont want the political fallout.....to give the Dems something to latch on to etc...I think that is the mostly likely scenario. Another scenario could be that perhaps Trump is not in there, but important Republican allies are....and the release would tend to hurt Republicans more than Democrats...... One other possible scenario, an unlikely one, is that they are holding back to elicit a predictable response from Democrats....so when they do later release it....the Democrats lose the ability to declare it politically-driven attacks on them....since they are now demanding it.... Personally, I dont care who it hurts....release it....fock them all....
