As with most cases of criminality, there is often only some evidence.....and often the evidence is circumstantial....so this is nothing new. I base my position on the evidence at hand. This is enough to know that the Biden family is a criminal enterprise. I understand that you disagree, and I am fine with that.

A fact is a statement that can be verified. In the instance of the Bidens we have the bank records, text messages, whistle blowers and laptop that show us the facts. You are free to ignore facts as you please of course, and retain your position, avoiding the facts at your discretion.
