She really is well-funded, so yeah, I guess that matters too.....
-
Not surprising. She taught us all how to deny election outcomes, and we saw those who followed suit. Democrats care about power, by any means necessary.

I agree. Had he not made so many mistakes, and mistakes that were easy to avoid, he would be a slam dunk..... Basically, if he just did nothing and left the markets alone and left the Trump policies alone he had smooth sailing in front of him. Now its likely a contested election. There is much ground to cover, we have no idea what might transpire in the coming months to help or hurt both candidates. But I think we can rest assured that Democrats and their allies in the DOJ and media will continue to do what ever they can to pervert our election. Nikki Haley would be well-advised to stick around, she knows that the array of folks working diligently to eliminate Trump as a candidate will not stop, and will get even worse.

Mostly peaceful tho.....
-
It was OK when they did it...... But Trump is a white guy, who is wealthy.....so people who have been indoctrinated to hate people with those qualities, know only too well he HE does it....its just wrong....
-
Looks mostly peaceful to me.....you need to find some people with the wrong ideas to get any traction on behavior being a problem.....we know this....
-
Wait.....but its ok when Democrats do it.....right?
-
Biden trolled by Glenn Youngkin after cracking election denial joke Wow.....so.....Biden was just being a jokester......but Trump....oh man.....he is just wrong when HE does it.....
-
Unfortunately the teachers unions rightly assess this as a direct threat to their power. Due to this they are right in the ear of Democrats, forcefully opposing it. The only argument available is that school choice is somehow racist, or a lie or some other trite nonsense. School choice will also naturally result in lower performing kids likely being relegated to a small set of lower performing schools. I think we can offset that through financial incentives to draw in the best teachers. But given that these kids are not merely low academic performers, but also just garbage people in many cases......financial incentives alone might not be enough.

Make no mistake, if you are wealthy......you have some good things to say about the economy, for sure, but if you are NOT wealthy...your life is not less great. The higher up the economic scale you exist, the happier you are with Biden, the lower you exist.....the less you are happy.

It's time we better hit the road

Now that is old school.....

I suggest that abortion could be a huge mitigating element. It might be true that this single issue could be the thing that swings it back toward the Democrats. It would seem that people are more dedicated to murdering babies that to addressing the economy or the border, at least in the middle to left of the spectrum. The question might be, can they take some action to at least temporarily make peoples less damaged? If they can do that then they can pretend that they are solving something, or who knows maybe tie their inflationary policies to Trump and sell themselves as some kind of "fixer". This might depend heavily on whether or not they can compel the Fed to lower rates, and I predicted this might happen in May or June, to tie in as neatly as possible with election season. The goal for Democrats now is to foment some temporary respite, sell it as some fix and then pretend things will be better....which we already know is patently false.

Was he driven there by Menendez?

There was not a single mistake, it was a myriad of mistakes. Not even going to get into the exorbitant fraud that resulted from his "relief act" that found considerable sums of money being stolen, and not reaching people. My only insistence is simply that Biden made needless, and reckless, mistakes......his economic policy seemed to ignore fiscal realities, and when people called the WH out on it, their responses demonstrated they really had no idea how the economy was working. A further indication is that when inflation was apparent, he lied and said it was not true. That means action to stem it was delayed.....then later when forced to admit it existed, he lied again....calling it "transitory"....leading to more missed opportunities to stem it. These are the facts. Now, for a sect of a cult that pretends to care about historically disenfranchised people....there is a real lack of understanding about how these behaviors disproportionately harm those folks....

I am disinclined to replace one doddering old fool for another, both Trump and Biden are advanced in years, it could easily be true that Trump himself starts to decline as Biden already has
-
Coming down is the minimum expectation, and they will hopefully continue to improve as the Fed works diligently to offset the inane policies of the current administration. It will take YEARS to unfock what has been done of course, and some prices may never return to pre-Biden WH levels. The lack of respect that these people are using toward inflation is remarkable.

AGAIN.....if you are suggesting that Biden knew this, then it is difficult to understand why he then pursued policies that would clearly lead to exacerbation of inflation and then pretended it wasn't happening.... It absolutely matters how Biden acted, and how his actions were clear to everyone.....to be inflationary, so then if we can agree that inflation was a danger.....why throw gasoline on it....where the only reason was to just be different than Trump....after he had already defeated him....it was reckless.... You actively ignore the realities, you seem to have at least a modest understanding of economics, enough to be as annoyed as the rest of us at the considerable mistakes that were made, which could have been easily avoided. Hell, Biden even missed the opportunity to blame Trump, for months.....as if he truly.....did not understand the economics in motion....

@BeachGuy23 Let me help you out friend. What causes inflation? Too many $'s chasing too few goods. Or supply < demand. I am gratified that you understand this basic element, as too often I see many not understand this. So let's go back to 2020 shall we? No, as this is not relevant to my position. As we all remember the empty shelves in 2020 due to supply chains destroyed as a result of Trump's incompetent handling of the pandemic. Now let's add into this lack of supply the $2.7T Trump spent on covid, sending people checks, therefore increasing the amount of money in circulation. If what you post is something you believe, then why did Biden employ policies that would have exacerbated inflation? Why did he later lie and say inflation was not real? Why did he later lie and say that it was "transitional"? It would seem that he is either imcompetent or a bold-faced liar who cared nothing for the people he was harming. So you see friend, before Biden took office in late January 2021 the fertile seeds of inflation had already been planted by the incompetent Trump. This is why inflation doubled from January - March - May. Well before a dime of any bill Biden signed had even made its way into the economy. As stated above, either Biden did not see what ever we here saw, when he attacked energy it would immediately result in inflation etc....or he is simply incompetent Now, step away from the alt right media, you've just gotten a proper lesson on history and what caused the inflation that Biden and the Feds beat back so very well. Inflation was in fact transitory. I assume you don't remember the periods of the mid-70's to early 80's? That was years of inflation my friend. Thanks goodness Trump was booted before he did any more damage than he already did. You're welcome for the lesson friend. You have only confirmed everything I have said. Every administration and congress in our lifetime has sacrificed out future to buy votes through debt and inflationary activity. The Biden administration stands alone in their relentless pursuit without reason, it was not about buying votes that that time since they had just won....they just did it to throw red meat to leftist radicals..... and then they lied and lied and lied about it, gaslighting people for months...... there was absolutely no need.... And later, when he stupidly tried to help his poll numbers through more inflationary actions, at least manchin had the cohones to step up and say ENOUGH, thank god At best Biden et al are incompetent, and to be fair there is some evidence that this is at least part of the problem, at worst they have lied relentlessly in pursuit of power at the expense of everyone, and disproportionately at the lower classes

I propose we try to get to know our fellow geeks a little better

Very well, where do I begin? My father was a relentlessly self-improving boulangerie owner from Belgium with low grade narcolepsy and a penchant for buggery. My mother was a fifteen year-old French prostitute named Chloe with webbed feet. My father would womanize, he would drink. He would make outrageous claims like he invented the question mark. Sometimes, he would accuse chestnuts of being lazy. The sort of general malaise that only the genius possess and the insane lament. My childhood was typical. Summers in Rangoon, luge lessons. In the spring, we’d make meat helmets. When I was insolent, I was placed in a burlap bag and beaten with reeds – pretty standard, really. At the age of twelve, I received my first scribe. At the age of fourteen, a Zoroastrian named Vilma ritualistically shaved my testicles. At the age of 18, I went off to evil medical school. At the age of 25, I took up tap dancing. I wanted to be a quadruple threat — an actor, dancer… -

He is a politician, and a poor one at that, but is part and parcel of a group of people we should all collectively scrutinize, as I have done.....to Trump and the rest. -

Oddly, when I posted they would kill Epstein the same thing was said....as when I posted that Biden was fomenting inflation that later appeared as I stated....it seems that I am correct more than I am wrong. -
People who have been living under the oppressively economic fomented by the current administration need not read graphs, they are living the reality.....and polling shows they have had enough.....so by all means, tell them their lived experiences are wrong.....it ensures they will vote against the vile policies of Democrats....
