I do not dispute that. I just want reason and rationality to take the lead. If we look at how Democrats abused the legal system to get Trump for years....I don't want to see ANY more of that, from either side. I do no dispute that Democrats deserve to have it done to them, but I insist Republicans not lower themselves to that level.

Shaughnessy (1952), where the Supreme Court upheld the deportation of legal residents due to past membership in the Communist Party, ruling that such deportations did not violate constitutional protections it could be true that this is not going to be really that easy for the terrorist to win here.

False. Yes, family separations did happen during the Obama administration, though not in the same way or on the same scale as under the Trump administration's "zero tolerance" policy. Not vague, rather clear. This is true thanks to the allowance for these people to be as vile as they please by these universities. They got a little too comfortable being open and loud about what they believe and their activities. So thanks to their sense of safety afforded to them, they have given enough to get rid of them.
