Be patient, there is plenty out there to read, and there is more than just this instance. They have the bank records and Hunter will get a chance to explain himself, as it should be. Trump's boy had his opportunity to speak, and so too shall Hunter. I only wish we had this level of information about Trump, so you and I could be in unison in our voices for accountability. Maybe we get lucky and they discover the same scenario with Trump, then come on back to me and we can pretend you care about it. Until then I will remain steadastly positioned to expect the accountability I enjoyed when Trump was around, but apparently no longer will have so long as a Democrat is in that office.

Do then, Joe receives all this money from his son, but did not know he recieved all this money? Bank records, for me, are not sketchy.....but nor are they some confimation of anything. We can see that no taxes were paid and so the excuse is "loans" for which no documenation of a loan can be found. Now, as I have stated repeatedly, I still need some decent proof where Joe did something that correlates to the money, that will be rather challenging, though not impossible. So I hold out hope that they find that mistake...where they did a poor job hiding it.

While they implemented strong measures to ensure the protection of the youth; such as the 2-deep thing, YPT, sponsoring agencies have background checks in addition to BSA....on and on.... I would not really call it "a thing". But we have been steadily trying to make it more available. The interest is there, not to the extent we would like, but there are a fair number of young men (and now young women) who are interested. It will often boil down to cost. And we have developed some creative ways to make sure money never stops a kid from access to scouting. Another area we have worked really hard to expand is access for youth with special needs. Our area only had one scout troop for this ten years ago, and we managed to grow that to six now. There is a Disabilities Awareness merit badge, for which I am a counselor, and a requirement in there is to visit a troop such as one of these. What emerged, to our surprise, was friendships between the scouts at these disparate troops. So now these kids are visiting each others sporting events, church events, school events....on and on. They get together on their own outside of events....its remarkable. The benefits of a well-run troop are considerable, really for the adults as well.

And now we see its a simple racketeering setup. OK, so money laundering and tax evasion...but perfectly setup through his son. I think throwing money at the little kids was a bit much. So these large sums of money are just handed over to Hunter for "the Biden brand" and these companies never got anything at all back for it? If only this little setup were instead associated with Trump, then maybe I could get some inertia behind justice
