The law allows the capture and deportation of non-citizens, based on the criteria already noted. They have only acted within that authority. Your issue is not with me, or the state dept....your issue is with those folks who approved this authority for the state dept.

I find humor is often simple things. The "due process" to which you refer, is for American citizens, since these people are NOT.....American citizens, no....they do not have all the right and privileges you think the world has.... The process being followed by the SOS....is "THE PROCESS" which does not include a court room. You may not like that, so perhaps contact your elected representative to have them amend it....which has happened in the past....to improve it.

Not so fast. We dont know enough about this to suggest "victory". We cannot assume that this is permanent, or entirely what it appears to be. So only after some research, and time, can we know enough to say it is "good". Takes patience. We should never assume the first word is true or accurate.

No, the market is not a measure of economic well-being. We have to do these things to position us for later. There are no simple or easy answers, Trump has a considerable amount of damage to fix. Its going to be hard before it gets better. So hell yeah, let Canada accelerate the migration of companies from their economy and back into ours.

I am hearing about some companies looking at how to relocate some manufacturing elements from Mexico and Canada back into the US. Notably, Canadian businesses. This would be of course, immensely good for us. I hope Canada keeps it up. Hell, if I were Trump....right now.... I would point to the threat from the Canadian PM with regard to shutting off electricity....and then announce (whether its true or not).....that I was approving the development of the first nuclear power generation facility in decades.....in that area.... In other words, I would say " Oh? you want to fock around? How about I set it up so that you lose ALLLL of your focking money selling us power.....FOREVER>..how about ahat mf'er?"
