Americans' feelings about the economy are getting worse

More or less....and if stats show a huge disparity, first evaluate skin color to determine if racism is present.....you cannot make this sh!t up....

Racism is everywhere, and not limited to a location or segment of society. The redefinition of racism uses terms like "systemic" and "power". So you can be a degenerate racist if your ancestors were harmed by some other group......thats perfectly fine.....people just cant return that to you because somewhere before any of us were born, people were bih meanies to someone else.... If you want to go looking for systemic racism you have to ignore some racism.....because its allowable for some....based on skin color..... yeah....I know....

Agree. But the crying would be epic......and not unlike a parent after just hours of whining and crying, the baby ends up getting their way sometimes.

I guess they dislike him for standing up against the spending stuff, which makes sense; we already know that dissention is never allowed in modern liberalism. He seems to be percieved as centrist by some, and as right-leaning by those on the far left. He appears to be more of a normal Democrat, a relic of the past.

What about him makes him less of a Democrat? And, could he adjust what ever policy positions he has to appeal to more?

He does seem to be their current intended backup plan. I am not confident he us up to the task. His leadership in Cali has not produced great outcomes. We need someone more moderate. Manchin comes to mind.

It is actually standard politican matriculations, by both parties. Politics is dirty.....dirty.....dirty...... It is refreshing to see Democrats now care about represenation though.

It might be true that they simply have to ensure golks like Kennedy are shut down. A third party candidate is likely more harmful to Biden than to Trump. I would expect them to leverage the DOJ against Kennedy when we get closer.

But you do not hold power in the Senate or White House or House of Rep.....and those people relish this.

Not at all. I am pointing out that this is politically advantageous for them. There is a small set of Republicans who want to dig in their heels on what appear, to my eyes, to be wrong-place-wrong-time issues to hold up the process. In general I tend to not have a big problem with it, there was a time when the lethargy of the system was lamented, back in the 90's, and it was foresaken with the more immediate gratification approaches under which we now suffer. So I prefer the lethargy. If you are a Democrat, you just sit back and throw stones, and enjoy how it impedes discovery around Biden as well.....they win every whuch way.

No. I understand them without issue. I also understand people. I can also see. So those folks expoiting these people to entice them to migrate here are ensuring folks from whom they can extract money know it. Those folks know only too well that all of the liberal assessments of this nation (its racist, white supremacy etc) are absolute bull....and that being here, regardless of skin color or anything else, is the best thing for anyone.... so they come, and then know these cities are "sabnctuaries: and they will keep coming.....at least that moron gov in NY has seen the writing on the wall....

I do not think they can do anything, and nor will they. They win politically from this in many ways, so they are only to happy to just let it happen.

Make no mistake, Democrats warmly welcome a shutdown. It helps them in many ways. Does it hurt people? Sure, but so what Democrats don't care about people, they show this every.....single....day.....

As do I. But with the media and DOJ working to defend him, it is an uphill battle to be sure. Maybe they can fabricate a dossier and what not, that is now fair play.

We have the evidence, more to come of course, we should not expect, nor allow, Republicans to behave as Democrats did in fabricating impeachments. You can pretend this is all not happening, but it is, and the problem is the Republicans might start doing it as well. And if BOTH parties are weaponizing government to undermine each other.....we have lost..... so enjoy the temporary sense of satisfaction this might be providing, there is cost in the back end.

Declaring a locale as a "sanctuary" is used to entice those seeking to come here, by those exploiting them to get them here. Instead, they should do as Hochul is now doing and tell them to NOT come here. Then line the border with National Guard, finish the wall, create more and more barriers......fix the system of course, but stop the invasion....we are not ready for this invasion. No sanctuary, send them back unless they have completed the process....or let some other nation welcome them

It could....if China, India and others also followed suit....but they are not....so all it does it harm our financial position in the world. I think its possible to have an impact on climate, do I think we can (or have) has as much impact as the climate morons want us to think, of course not....

We currently have one with evidence of selling this nation for favors to our enemies, so on the scale, I will take the fruad/pervert guy.....who does not harm people but instead helps them
