There is enough evidence around Biden to warrant an investigation. That the DOJ has avoided this, and worked methodically to protect Hunter, is indicative of a wider problem. There is certainly enough information, and more than they had with the fake dossier and Trump, to get moving. Clearly the DOJ is positioning to impede this, but this month I presume there will be an impeachment inquiry opened. But I also presume the WH and DOJ know this and are manuevering to offset it. What they ultimately determine will then decide what happens next. We already know they think they have positioned the finances to take ten years to unravel.

When you meet him, and there are no cameras around to play to.....he is a vlie human, the way he treats other people, including peers, is just despicable. But, to be fair Collins was even worse, and Dr Black and Faucci were more or less on the same level. This is NOT a good person, I can attest to this directly.

I acknowledge in my post that it is the party, the impacted party, as usual I am calling out both sides, because neither is above this. When reading my posts, it would add value if you can remember that I hold both equally accountable for their misdeeds. It just so happens that right now there is more work to be done on the Democrat side. Media is doing a serviceable job of maintaining suitable accountabilty for us as it pertains to Republicans, but is allowing Democrats to be corrupt and vile.... and THAT is the real problem.

Not sure, it might be true. Its cloudy. I think they over did it on Trump, but I think it is now "formular" and they will use it over and over. Regardless of the candidate, they will trot out the "trump formula" so now we have to ensure a constant flow of drama....overdone critiques with little basis in reality. Cult of personality stuff. Every Republican candidate will likely now be treated as some end of the world issue.

Republicans clearly want to, and Democrats are assiduously avoiding it. For the impacted party....the well-being of the party is elevated above the nation.....

Not enough. There are always the partisan outliers. I want MSM restored. There was a time that it was properly covering all of them. Sure it had something of a liberal tilt, but media did not allow as much as they do today. I think we the people are not being served when media allows corruption.

For now we have to wait, more is coming out every week, and this month we should have an impeachment inquiry, and the DOJ protections afforded to Biden might not be as effective.

They all lie to be sure. It is not as if suddenly there was Biden, and no President was ever out there lying before. This is politics, this is how it is done. What is new and unique is the allowance by media for him to do it without being called out, though I admit that seems to be changing.

No, they are lies. Trump lied, of course, and we were kept abrest of those lies. That is a good thing. But when it comes to Biden, the moral imperative is that he is there and President. To hold him accountable is to risk Trump potentially being elected again. So then, he lies and there is no media accountability created. But that is there job. So we as the people need to demand they do their job, report his lies for what they are. I give credit to some outlets doing it, and more are now joining in.....but their allowance had enabled him to conduct criminal activities without restraint; notable is that the DOJ is also covering for him. t’s nearly impossible to get as much favorable press coverage as President Biden received in the first two years of his administration. it is time to be honest about this.

It is a spot on assessment. Recall that during that time.....lying was so very important....so bad when Trump did it... but later, as we see Biden lie and lie and lie....all that caring is not present.....why?

I need not wrap anything. The media did all this.....did it to themselves. Historically they were typically a little harder on conservatives, but they did not really let up on liberals. There was enough accountability to both sides....then Obama came along, and in order to be in the good graces of that administration you had to play ball.....if you did not, you lost some access. So we saw the gradual erosion of media integrity... Then Trump broke them. And they lost all sense of even pretending to be balanced. I submit that you cannot have the corruption that Joe Biden was able to committ as VP and later as President without the complivity of media. They now see themselves as champions for "virtue" through supporting Democrats and challenging Republicans. What they need to be doing is challenging both equally, and stop pretending one side is better than the other....

Agree on both points. My intention was to illuminate the energy component as the foremost issue, setting aside things like immigration which was also stupid but not related to inflation. Someone of his experience should have understood, and easily understood, that his actions on energy would be inflationary....which makes his later actions with the ensuing policies just unforgivable. Then his move to pretend there was no inflation......and then to pretend it was transitory.....I mean, there was damage that arose from those outright lies......

There is merit to these assertions. CNN et al set out initially to denigrate Trump, satisfied in the belief that they would tell people what to think and the people would simply fall in line and comply. They methodically worked every angle to impugne Trump, believing that they would certainly be able to hit him and ruin him. Then they saw the ratings bonanza and saw a win-win, and the polling suggested they had done their job. When it all went south, the media outlets were hit almost as hard as Hillary....they were beside themselves. How could they have failed to install the Democrat candidate? How did they fail to manipulate people, after all they beleived themselves to have all the power of control..... But they were still drunk on the ratings, so they pushed on to denigrate Trump at every turn.... So many of the things that they apparently cared about so deeply with regard to Trump were suddenly no longer worth mentioning when Biden did it..... they had their guy, but without Trump....lost the ratings....people slowly realizing they were lied to meant a dillution of viewers.

The way this was all done was troubling. The low and lower-middle classes were finally improving their position under the Trump admin, and then Biden came in and out of apparent spite he unwound things, fomented inflation.....just crushing these poor people. Why? It makes no sense to purposely harm those facing more challenges to feed a political vendetta....and then to try to tell them their lives are not worse? That is cruel.....

You didn't do anything wrong. We have to stop pretending that current day people owe anything. That is all behind us, we should learn from it and move on. I am disinclined to assign fault and with it obligation for people today, based on the sins of their forefathers. Its just inane.

I think this is true. Most people are just living their lives, they move on quickly....you mostly hear from the mentally ill folks who are megaphoned by media to generate views....not unlike elevating weather events, crime, one-off police events... media exploits people every.....single....day....
