False. Yes, family separations did happen during the Obama administration, though not in the same way or on the same scale as under the Trump administration's "zero tolerance" policy. The law allows the capture and deportation of non-citizens, based on the criteria already noted. They have only acted within that authority. Your issue is not with me, or the state dept....your issue is with those folks who approved this authority for the state dept.

I find humor is often simple things. Now that the flow of illegal immigrants has been diminished so successfully.....the pretense of caring about children...well, pretending to care about them being "separated" evaporates... The "due process" to which you refer, is for American citizens, since these people are NOT.....American citizens, no....they do not have all the right and privileges you think the world has.... The process being followed by the SOS....is "THE PROCESS" which does not include a court room. You may not like that, so perhaps contact your elected representative to have them amend it....which has happened in the past....to improve it.

I am rather gratified to see you approaching it in this manner. After the last four years, where every economic lie was just consumed by our liberal friends, it is really good to see you holding skepticism on this. Not so fast. We dont know enough about this to suggest "victory". We cannot assume that this is permanent, or entirely what it appears to be. So only after some research, and time, can we know enough to say it is "good". Takes patience. We should never assume the first word is true or accurate.
