Has anyone ever been witch hunted more than Trump?
RLLD replied to seafoam1's topic in The Geek Club
While he is not ever going to develop a system of government by one person with absolute power, he might just mimick the behavior of the Democrats who are Maoist. THAT is my biggest fear, he subsumes this liberal inclination toward totalitarianism. Frankly, I assume he will. He is supposed to be the hedge against it, and I am not confident he would be. -

Right. While I emphatically support the gutting of the DOJ, I remained concerned at the "how" and how far too. This would be the pendulumn swinging, and it makes me a little nervous. -

Oh sure, yeah I can agree with that. -

It might not be the best to denigrate victims whining, I mean, that IS the Democrat party effectively..... -

Inflation was going down under Biden, now it’s going back up
RLLD replied to The Real timschochet's topic in The Geek Club
I predict two more of these. But the impact will be muted as long as employers hoard people. Inflation has slowed, but is still dastardly high. Prices are staying taunt as companies decrease their product content. Do we really think prices will simply drop? I mean, none of us should beleive that. Eventually, through natural market forces they will diminish but it will take a rather long time. I have to suggest that Biden et al really have no idea....none at all....as to the damage they have done, notably to historically disenfranchised people. -

A bit extravagent, but given the level of impropriety already enacted I think we cannot discount some action on the part of Democrats to do this very thing. NOW Allow me to turn this around for a moment. What if you are correct and Trump is elected? What might HE do to all these people and agencies that conspired to ruin him? I have a pointed concern that he might come in with vengeance. But lets assume, for the moment, that he comes in solely with the intent to clean up an obviously corrupt DOJ.....I am not confident he avoids crossing the line into a witch-hunt against those who have criminlized the DOJ....and that bothers me, quite a bit actually.... -

Excellent example....I would also note that in the 90's Bill Clinton was improperly handled -
Hunter Biden reaches plea agreement on misdemeanors for tax evasion.

I am not sure how many of you consume various media outlets....but if you are avoiding CNN et al you need to check in on them.....oh my god....watching these clowns try to play down the evidence is pretty amusing... -
I think Joe needs to contact all these allies out there explaining how Joe was just a friendly guy interacting with his sons business partners....I mean, Joe has already told us he had no knowledge, involvement or association with anything around Hunter's business dealings.....so these people are effectively calling Joe a liar to the public....

rINK My first question is simply how many of the folks involved with this enterprise can be connected to the open border policy of the Biden admin. My second question is whether or not this enterprise can be linked to the pay for play scheme the Biden family has used to enrich themselves.

Well, apparently it was some inspector who left a site and noticed this building pumping out liquids right on to the street in what was supposed to be a vacant space. I give that guy a ton of credit, who knows what he may have saved people from.

Los Angeles now forces you to drink tap water at LAX
RLLD replied to JustinCharge's topic in The Geek Club
If you sat down and attempted to plan the absolute disintigration of a locale, would you not employ many of the actions we are seeing in California? -
On this I think we can agree.
-
You make a valid point, but keep in mind there is a falacy out there of some disparity in the pay between women and men. While the disparity does exist, it is not gender-centric, but instead includes a variety of variables. So, if we can at least agree on the premise that men do tend to earn more than women (without getting bogged down in the why) then it makes sense for men to more often pay for support. Remember that Chris Rock skit "men are only loved on the condition that they provide something". Now, moving back into this trend of liberals pretending to be "fixers" of wrongs, and doing things that are profoundly racist.....here we are again......the mere association of AA men paying for the support of their children as being racist is just so very.....very racist on its face Time and again, liberals astutely identify a key issue within the AA community, then misdiagnose the cure.....and pointedly harm the AA community. It transpires with such predictability.....

Rink The question we were posing back when all this nonsense started was simply "How bad will it have to get before they beg for relief"? Looks like some folks have had enough.
-
I have more on Biden than was ever had on Trump. Now give me what I got against Trump, but now on Biden, and I wont say another word. Well, then I want it done to McConnell, and Pelosi, and mcCarthy and Schiff....then I will be quiet
-
I think you are being manipulated and you do not even realize it.
-
Ok, I asserted before he ever sat with them that this would be the case, so looks like I predicted this one as well.
-
So Joe has steadfastly asserted for years that he knew nothing about his sons business, never spoke to him about his business etc.... And now we can see that he DID know about his business and was on the phone more than 20 times when Hunter was speaking to his business associates.... Therefore, Joe's earlier statements were lies. More recently his admin is reframing all this, apparently they knew what Archer was going to out him, so they changed how they represented it. Look, defend Biden all you want, of course. But I see enough information to want to know more. I want congress to treat this situation as if it were Trump, that is all I ask. I feel that Trump has faced the right amount of scruitiny, now do Biden.
-
I submit that he did, numerous times over the years. There was no reason to hide all this, unless Biden felt that it was wrong. He could have said all along that he was familiar with his sons business, had participated in calls etc. But he hid that......there was no reason to hide it, right?
-
Trump knew to ask the question, why? Because he was alerted to the scheme. So he went after it, and I am greateful he tried.....clumsy as he is.... impeachment was the move, the only way to stop Trump in their eyes. And it worked, it worked well. We would likely never know all this, that was the Democrat plan..... Biden likely does deserve to be impeached. He likely has secured money through what is just as likely a scam as anything else. But....there is a further point I have to hold fast on to...... IF.....it can be proven, that any of his policy decisions are traceable back to money flowing into his family....then I think all options in terms of punishment should be on the table.....ALL of them.....
