I think the most impactful ruling for many will be the limitations on the universal injunction. This was the primary weapon being used by Democrats through their activist judges....taking away lawfare in this manner might seem great on its face.....but then what? We have already witnessed the depravities of the left in their willingness to implement violence. This ruling leaves them only their violent inclinations as a weapon. I submit we could see an increase in rioting....requiring the President to bring military resources to bear in greater amounts. This could spiral....JMHO

I suggest we already know who this guy is. He is the worst possible person to hold power. We have seen him before in persons such as Pol Pot and others. Many people have to be harmed before we can look back and people understand just how insipid this guy is, dare I say evil.

Allegations of another sexual assault scandal at Penn State…
RLLD replied to TimHauck's topic in The Geek Club
Not sure what has been "released" or not but we know what they found. Not that you would care, if Biden himself admitted it you would just call the source (Biden) as unreliable, so lets not pretend you have any care for the truth. -

How so? You are not making any sense -

Oh yeah, given the evidence I think Biden is guilty, thats pretty easy. Now, that they choose to not hold him to account is on them. -

Oh well then if there are no bank statements, witnesses or laptops full of evidence for this kid maybe they have something else almost as good -

I assume he is innocent, but if they have enough evidence to indict then I also assume he might be guilty.....I have to at least make that assumption or I disagree with the prosecution....I mean.....how can you not get this? -

So then.....in YOUR mind.....you prosecute, when you think they are NOT guilty? Is .......that....what you think? -

Perfect. They have evidence here as well, just as they do with Biden. Now, until that evidence proves him guilty we can assume he is based on that evidence, and later if convicted we know he is guilty. We would have to wait for the outcome of the trial before our beliefs on his guilt can be confirmed. We have to suspect guilt in order to investigate or charge or prosecute, you start from the suspicion but we wait for the court. -
Israel attacks Iran UPDATE: Trump claims a cease fire among all countries
RLLD replied to Frozenbeernuts's topic in The Geek Club
It might be a good thing if the current regime in Iran were to fall, or it might not. That is the wildcard, we assume perhaps that it could not get any worse, but maybe it could. We cannot know what might arise from the ashes of the current. -
Israel attacks Iran UPDATE: Trump claims a cease fire among all countries
RLLD replied to Frozenbeernuts's topic in The Geek Club
Well, I would not presume he woke up and told them what to do......anymore than I presume Biden did that in Afghanistan. There are plans in abundance for situations of course, and the precision of this execution suggests not merely a good plan, but outstanding training and prep of our people. Trump may have made the call, but if the outcome is good it will be because our military people are exceptional. I remain wary that this was actually needed. -

YOU can ignore the banking statements evidence, the whistleblowers and the laptop contents if you choose. I say prosecute him based on that evidence right now, but I am not making that decision. If there is evidence that this kid did something, as there is with the Biden crime family, then by all means arrest and prosecute. Its odd that you do not understand this. -
L.A. and nationwide ICE raids/protests - A daytime ICE “raid” at MacArthur Park in LA

I am down with this. I abhor the lawfare which Democrats have fomented, but maybe given a taste of their own medicine they stop this nonsense. -

Great plan, great execution, bold stroke against a prominent enemy. I will take it for now. -

Still in America, innocent until proven guilty. Lets not assume accusation = guilt. -

Liberalism is a cult, but government is its religion. -
If biden were president and tried that attack on Iran
RLLD replied to seafoam1's topic in The Geek Club
I mean, that is another way to look at it. Now, lets not start believing the government now of course. They have lied in the past to justify military action, and otherwise utterly failed in their "intelligence" operations. So we should remain skeptical that this attack was needed at all, and that it was as effective as they are suggesting. Government ALWAYS lies.....every day, every time.... -
Modern....old.....future.... this is just how they manipulate you to their whims. They sell you that history owes you some debt, no it doesnt. You have a finite amount of time in this world. Get up, go out, get what you can. Not by taking from others because of envy....but earn it. Those in power use you, they sell you these notions that you should soldier for them, dont fall for it.

RLLD replied to seafoam1's topic in The Geek Club
Biden would never have executed the attack. He would not have the backbone for such a move. -
I think the system works. I think people have become so poorly educated over time that we now have multiple generations who consume excrement and find it appetizing. They vote like idiots, install idiots and then scramble away when their locality becomes a hell hole.

Top Biden aide admits to Congress she directed autopen signatures without knowing who gave final approval
RLLD replied to seafoam1's topic in The Geek Club
Understood, Apologies for inferring, just trying to see where we are on this. Unfortunately, suggesting Trump is somehow wrong when he has been correct in cases such as the Hunter laptop (when Democrats and media allies lied) or regarding Russian Collusion (proven to be a Clinton-funded lie the media propagated). So perhaps he has more cr3edibility than the Democrats or media in general. That aside. I would not put it past a group of people who sought to get him elected and “He just had to win, and then he could disappear for four years – he’d only have to show proof of life every once in a while.” I think the potential that he was not approving the things his people auto-penned has some credence. -

RLLD replied to seafoam1's topic in The Geek Club
Just so long as I understand, and I clearly do. The liberals on this forum, and perhaps many more elsewhere, continue to pretend there is nothing wrong with what transpired. I do not believe these people deserve you defending them. Too many times you all have defended them and then later the truth eventually comes out. You do you. -

Yes, they have. I infer from your statement that you then have no issue with how the Biden admin used it? -

We may to wait for a Republican to do it before it becomes a "problem". -
I do not insist that Israel treat their enemies better than those enemies treat them. I think it perfectly fine that they meet evil with similar enthusiasm.
