It is indeed in court, and I have no issue with that. If the ability of that terrorist to seek a judicial reversal of his fate is available to him, then by all means use it. He need not be detained for "a crime" that is not how the Act is worded, so that is just irrelevant. Now, I would hope that ANY person would want this piece of filth gone from our nation, but i also accept that there are those who do not care about others and what can happen to them. So.....your issue is then primarily with the Act passed by Congress, and I think that is fair. Your best bet is to contact your elected representatives and demand they deal with it and fix it.

Here, let me help you a little. They are using an act of congress to do this, which affords the state dept the latitude to do this. The Democrats are free to shutdown the government as they please, of course. We will ignore their past positions on shutting down the government, when they pretended to care about people, when it was really just about power. Later, should the Republicans do some shut down, the Democrats will once again decry the act as violence against the people of the nation. So, Democrats remain the enemy of the people.

My worry is that those on the left have become so unhinged and detached from reality that returning their own acts back on to them could really escalate the violence we are already observing from them. If we look at how Democrats abused the legal system to get Trump for years....I don't want to see ANY more of that, from either side. I do no dispute that Democrats deserve to have it done to them, but I insist Republicans not lower themselves to that level.
