Well, see, here again we go....he is being tried and based on the evidence...I think he is likely guilty....now, if YOU dont think he is, that is fine....but then you also disagree with the evidence....and then by extension the prosecution. Your stance, that I should agree with the prosecution, while thinking he is not guilty makes no sense. If I think he is innocent even after reading about the evidence means that I would (A) be a focking moron.... and (B) a hypocrit. So, this entire line makes no sense. I mean, what the fock is wrong with you?

I would love it if someone could send post cards to the Democrats who defended and supported this criminal from the location where he is being held. SOmething like..."wishing you were here"......"missing you", anything really.

Correct. As with any situation there is not some univariate element causing an outcome. In the worlds most egalitarian societies the differences between men and women were increased and not diminshed. This fact perplexed researchers for some time. But the simple truth is that when all barriers are lowered and people are allowed to choose for themselves, they will still choose in concert with their evolutionary programming. And the societies also flourish as a result.

Democrats, well modern "today" Democrats, have been polluted by a couple generations of youth who were taught that what they feel was valid and true, even if it was factually wrong. This has resulted in a substantial segment of the Democrat party who are arrogant without cause, ineffectual, and more loud than intelligent. The party is succumbing to a cancel of widespread Dunning-Kruger. They seem to be unable to shed this segment, in fact it seems to be growing. Inflation is sticky, that is the main problem. Biden et al fomenting it, then lying about its existence and further lying about it being transitory really focked the lower classes for years now. While Trump has done a fantastic job of unfocking liberal economic stupidity, the improvements are only just beginning. Even Smerconish is calling out the truth So Biden gave people, notably those in the lower class since pain always hits them disproportionately, the absolute....hands down..worst economy of their lifetime....while enriching the wealthy...it was a despicable move. But Trump is fixing it. Its funny that Trumps moves are making things better, while the left has been proclaiming doom and gloom....it really looks as if liberals have no concept of economics at all. I mean, they ruined things...and when Trump was fixing it they really showed they could not understand. So maybe they are just fiscally illiterate.

Biden provided the worst economy in the lifetime of those who suffered most, no question. It was brutal what that administration wrought on the lower classes....just focking brutal. I think the most impactful ruling for many will be the limitations on the universal injunction. This was the primary weapon being used by Democrats through their activist judges....taking away lawfare in this manner might seem great on its face.....but then what? We have already witnessed the depravities of the left in their willingness to implement violence. This ruling leaves them only their violent inclinations as a weapon. I submit we could see an increase in rioting....requiring the President to bring military resources to bear in greater amounts. This could spiral....JMHO

I suggest we already know who this guy is. He is the worst possible person to hold power. We have seen him before in persons such as Pol Pot and others. Many people have to be harmed before we can look back and people understand just how insipid this guy is, dare I say evil.

Not sure what has been "released" or not but we know what they found. Not that you would care, if Biden himself admitted it you would just call the source (Biden) as unreliable, so lets not pretend you have any care for the truth.

I assume he is innocent, but if they have enough evidence to indict then I also assume he might be guilty.....I have to at least make that assumption or I disagree with the prosecution....I mean.....how can you not get this?

Perfect. They have evidence here as well, just as they do with Biden. Now, until that evidence proves him guilty we can assume he is based on that evidence, and later if convicted we know he is guilty. We would have to wait for the outcome of the trial before our beliefs on his guilt can be confirmed. We have to suspect guilt in order to investigate or charge or prosecute, you start from the suspicion but we wait for the court.

It might be a good thing if the current regime in Iran were to fall, or it might not. That is the wildcard, we assume perhaps that it could not get any worse, but maybe it could. We cannot know what might arise from the ashes of the current.
