We are contracting to deal with a threat concern, there is more to this move than just cold.
-
Firstly we can trace this back to the educational system that indoctrinates students into leftist dogma, and also advocacy journalism. Secondly if you peer across legacy media you can find plenty of former Democrat operatives posing as journalists who deliver a steady stream of leftist excrement. The media has been infiltrated and is no longer worth much of anything.

The Nomination Questioning of Pam Bondi
RLLD replied to EternalShinyAndChrome's topic in The Geek Club
No I did not, but your contribution to harp on it is perfectly fine, by all means, reiterate as often and loudly as possible, lest people forget what liberals are all about -
The Nomination Questioning of Pam Bondi

Didn't miss, it, already noted this fact, and also noted that the extravagant way it was employed comes across as desperate instead of moral. Glad people did not fall for it. Hope they keep it up -
The Nomination Questioning of Pam Bondi
RLLD replied to EternalShinyAndChrome's topic in The Geek Club
No get it, the goal is and has always been to "make them look" a certain way. I think it failed and I am glad it did. So yeah, by all means, keep it up. Hell, I suggest you contact your rep in congress and encourage them to plaster it on billboards, say it at every opportunity.....shout it from the roof tops..... I see the behavior as helpful for Republicans. -

By all means. Not unlike the gaslighting with regard to the economy, this tactic will continue to backfire. So I dont really mind Democrats behaving in this manner, I consider it rather useful in keeping them from having power. -
The Nomination Questioning of Pam Bondi

During this confirmation none of the participants brought it up, instead of questioning her position on what she will do in the future they trotted out the tired election denial excrement. By all means, let them keep it up, it only helps Republicans. -
The Nomination Questioning of Pam Bondi

Its a complete waste of time. Democrats could not run on policy so they tried to paint Trump in a negative light. While every election involves the denigration of ones opponent, the Democrats usage as it pertains to Trump became comical. They overshot. Their zeal was not tempered and as a result people stopped buying it. -
The Nomination Questioning of Pam Bondi

Agree, she took it well. Now if I may be so bold, perhaps it is time to stop all the pointless excrement about election denials since both sides have shown the propensity, and instead get back to things that actually matter such as policy and outcomes. JMHO Or, Democrats can continue this waste of time line of narrative that contributed to their loss of the last election. -

While the list is actually rather long, I think the fact that Trump, Clinton and Abrams did it with exuberance should stand out for all of us -
Biden will be thought of as being worse than Jimmy Carter. The Democrats propped him up for years, while they dictated policy from the back rooms. He will be remembered as a horrid President.

Wait, are Democrats back to caring about election denial? Or is it Republicans calling out the Democrats for doing it this time....hard to keep up with the hypocrits... -

Israel-Hamas cease-fire deal proves Trump’s a better prez out of office than Biden was in it
RLLD replied to Maximum Overkill's topic in The Geek Club
I also question this. While I have no doubt that Israel will pursue their ongoing elimination, with the tacit support of the new US government, I do wonder how this might unfold. I hope that Israel CAN in fact diminish and perhaps "eliminate" Hamas. They are a vile entity that has only caused harm. -
The state of America as Trump assumes Power
RLLD replied to The Psychic Observer's topic in The Geek Club
I think there are those who want to insist that things are just great, and refuse to accept or acknowledge the damage that has been done and the harm caused. I might note that it is this active gaslighting which was rather helpful in swaying the election away from them. So while we might want object, lets allow them room to do this, it will help in the mid terms. -
LA Mayor Karen Bass failed to deploy highly trained $1M crisis response team to help wildfire victims
RLLD replied to Maximum Overkill's topic in The Geek Club
I agree with your assessment of the Post, but I find it more centrist than some others. It tends to offset some of the lies that arise out of the Times. We have to first agree that all media is perverted by political affiliation, and none of it can simply be trusted. Only through careful digestion across the range of politicized media (except MSNBC, no one should ever consume that excrement) followed by individual research can we hope to arrive at something nearing a reasonable assessment of what is perhaps true. -

I do not concur with your self assessment. I have repeatedly observed you ignoring facts and reality to serve your own opinion. That you might object to their depiction indicates to me that it simply does not align with a liberal point of view, and nothing more. -
Well, this is just my opinion in general so take it with a grain of salt. I have never fired that weapon used by Oswald, and in fact have never attempted the same shot scenario. I am speaking more in generalities.

Maybe later they can produce something that aligns with your personal opinions, and can be considered :accurate" at that time. -
While the shot was not easy, it was within the realm of possibility for an average Marine rifleman. We trained relentlessly with our weapons and that is a shot no outside the potential for an average Marine marksman. When I was at sniper school we qualified at 1000 yards on a moving target. Now that is done with a much better weapon a Barret "lite", and we practiced for hours to achieve that skill. I think my point is that anyone can, with work and proper coaching, achieve that kind of shot capability.

I may not recall correctly, but I thought what I saw was a rather close election, which sadly Caruso lost. Your point remains. Caruso was present, understood the situation, and did something......as much as he could.....to get ahead of this, which IS leadership. Voters really need to pay attention and stop voting for those incapable of doing the job. -
LBJ was a rabid racist who pretended to care about the AA community to secure their votes, and then implemented legislation that on its face appears to be "good" but actually destroyed the AA community. He did not run for office again because most of America hated him for his lying and actions around the Vietnam War. Think about the string of utter failures we endured as a nation from LBJ to Nixon to Ford and then Carter.....

I think it is clear that the Mayor did not adequately prepare for the potential of a fire, really much at all. She failed her people. Now, consider this as well, could she really have done much to fight this fire off? I mean it would have required more than she had at her disposal I think, but she may have been able to save lives and at least lessen the impact if she had any concept of leadership. -

We already know...... ANY attempt to hold a Democrat accountable is ....racist......misogynist....or what ever other bullsh!t term they can trot out
