Montana's birthday thread and im upcoming birthday (Monday, 35) has me thinking what birthday did any of you geeks have issues with? An age hang up or what ever...... Mine was 30 I didn't like it one bit felt like a "real" adult I think.

Seriously? How bad is it? I just bought an alternator mine kicked the bucket and there is an autozone right down the street so I walked down picked one up and swapped it out....FYI it's not as easy as it should be in a 4.0 Ranger (too much crap in the way)

Only thing I remember about Ohio is you better drive the speed limit. I got 2 tickets in 30 minutes driving to CO and got one on the way back too.

I know it's far fetched, but somehow base it on what they are good at in school. Kid 1 ok your good at math so maybe you will be a Machinest. Kid 2 you like play in the dirt, you will be a dozer operator..... I dunno? TB&B thread about changing views got me to thinking about our SH!tty education system and how we still are trying to turn all our kids in to the next Mid level manager that doesn't exist when there are real jobs out there they could actually go out and get with a little training.

Still need them, can't always get the hoe in real close to some things like your house.

Man I'm lucky to score 21 a game most times and can give up 50 anytime.....Now that said, I figure I suck pretty bad, but I wasnt THAT bad before it got hard.

All that still works...Sorta it is just a lot more complicated to compete on what ever the regular mode is. I have to knock the sliders down to make the AI stupid to even compete. and I still usually get spanked.

I was about to tell you to stick with the PS3 since that is what you know. I've all but quit in madden its gotten so complicated and there are so many button combos to make moves that used to be one button. I've played madden since the genesis days, and I really miss the simpler games.

I'm kinda surprised I got semi legitement answers from this crowd.

I'm going to go with no unless you really can be/ are believing. It may be more trouble than its worth. And they may not be happy with you.

Good question.... I really don't know? Maybe they get a hobby! Maybe they just miss out? It is a pretty far fetched and very under thought idea. Just throwing it out there for discussion.

Blasphemy

Coming from someone who's dad was a functioning alcoholic for most of my youth it didn't really effect my want or need to drink. But I also quit drinking because I don't drink we'll socially. (I drink faster than everyone else) I'm not too worried about introducing my kid to it either though, I feel like if you teach your kid to be reaponsable he will learn how far is too far.

looks like Randy Travis is gonna bite the big one soon. Already in the hospital he seems to have had a stroke while there.

Fracking is a mess right now. It is the AIDS of energy no one wants to touch it right now. There is so much bad press about how it effects water sources and such right now pretty much everyone EXCEPT the US is against it.

Gonna need to get a guy that can scope the drain with a camera. Could be a blockage or broken pipe. With it being in a slab you may not wanna hear the answer.....also drain cleaner is awful for pipes don't ever use it.

I really liked a bunch of these songs.... This is getting into my wheel house. I went with Idol for pure nostalgia my first concert was Billy Idol in the 5th grade.
