I switched from starting Achane to Mason, but now leaning back to starting Achane again! The Chiefs D looks stout as compared to Colts D..but the Dullphins offense is what has me 2nd guessing Thoughts?
-
Hahaha, 2 for Achane, 2 for Mason...so back to where I started Any other votes? Looking back at recent production and strength of D's, week 3 started Achane's slide down. He managed all of 10 points on 11 carries against SEA who's ranked 22nd now, IND is ranked 21 now.. Possibly SEA was a bit tougher, but doesn't instill lots of confidence in him. Plus week 3 Wright and Wilson combined for 5 carries, now have Mostert back and in the mix so some extent.. At least he was the primary back being targeted...

PPR. Mixon, BTJ, and Mooney. Currently going with BTJ (early game), and Mixon if he starts or Mooney if Mixon is inactive. Main concern is hearing CHI secondary hurting but WR's haven't fared well so far... Mixon I think will be a go..so likely want to start him. Mooney matchup looks good but... Thoughts? And my thanks!

I was starting BTJ over Achane on one team (PPR). BTJ has been pretty decent scoring-wise: 15, 11, 10, 22 pts.. But now hearing possibly heavier rains (at least rain with some downpours).. Thoughts on BTJ vs Achane?

Waiver pickups before today's regular games?
CajunBadger replied to CajunBadger's topic in A Little Help!
Thanks! It's a 10 man and some do trade but those needing RB have been quiet. Lol, I had messaged one of the two who really needed RBs. A day later he responded yes he'd do it, but one hour later he picked up Brown and Hunt from waivers. So by the time I got the trade in place, he'd changed his mind. Live and learn, just send the trade rather than talking about it! And yeah, I can't wait any longer unless I roll with Andrews yet again!! -
PPR, My team: QB: Daniels, Dak RB: Hall, K9, Brian Robinson, Monty, White, Irving, Pachecho (IR) WR: Ceedee, Godwin, Pickens, Puka (IR) TE: Andrews K: Grupe DEF: GB I thought I had a taker for White and Irving for a good TE, but he backed off. So, thinking drop Irving and White since I have good depth at RB and pick up Ertz and sit Andrews for now. Also drop White for BTJ, Pittman, or Wicks for better WR depth. Does that make sense, see anything I should change? Thanks! Note: I just realized Pittman is also available (yes, it's someone's family league so some inexperienced teams out there!)

Lol, I keep switching back and forth.. Hearing DET has done well shutting down the run. I'm worried about it being K9's first game back and Charbonnet still getting some touches.. Just trust him over Pickens? Thanks!
-
Slightly favored to win, for what that's worth. Flex: Pickens or KWIII 1st game back? Lean is Pickens safer but heard something about possibly heavier running today? TE: Andrews (is this his week?) Ertz (safer but starting Daniels and B-Rob already on WAS)? Thanks and may the fantasy gods shine on you this week!

Hubbard and Najee

Maybe comes down to whether you think you'll be close or not? Safer is Akers but not real exciting. I think Walker has more potential of a big day, but risky given his 1st game back, on a snap count possibly, plus how much will Charbonnet be in the mix?
-
McNavy76 said it well. And personally leaning to sitting K9 for one week to make sure he's good to go (plus see what goes on with possibly Charbonnet time split). B-Rob is a good one to go with anyway...
-
Hahaha, same.. As a White owner, Irving unfortunately. And was hearing the coaches do want to give him increased opportunities...now if that's talk or proven by action, we'll see...
-
Tough one..don't like Akers but Watson to Cooper? Akers. (Course Cynthia Freuland likes Cooper, but...). Pierce or Kirk, so far would say Pierce but I keep thinking Kirk (or at least TLaw) will look better? Pierce Not a 100% in the know on these guys, but wanted to get you my 2 cents! Thanks for mine - was leaning to Shaheed but having typical doubts, lol
-
Narrowed down to Rachaad White or Shaheed for PPR Flex.. R. White is dinged up and inefficient as a runner. I just am waiting for Carr to have a bad game (knock on wood)... So which one do y'all think?
-
I'm putting Brian Robinson at RB2 (RB1 was Hall). I have two flex spots to fill with two from: Monty, Rachaad White, Pickens, and Shaheed. My lean is Monty and Shaheed (was tempted with White, but dinged up and not so efficient?)..thanks for any thoughts/advice! And good luck with yours!!
-
PPR, I need to SIT one of these three: Mixon, Mason, Jacobs It seems all the rankings point to sitting Jacobs, yet folks on Fantasy Pros discord channel say start him! Personally Jacobs may get a lot of runs and short passes, but I'm concerned the D will focus on shutting down the run game and he won't be too productive. Thoughts and my thanks!!
-
Slight lean to Bowers as safer, Andrews possibly a little better ceiling? ...but tough to say. May be close enough to flip a coin, lol Good luck!
-
Think it's all been said... Slight lean to Goff but both have their potential negatives. Howell hasn't done real well under pressure and ATL has been able to apply pressure. Goff is better at home and LaPorta, Amon-Ra, and others? have been hurting (lol, I can't include Gibbs in this concern at the moment since he's been pretty inconsequential so far)...but it looks like at least these two are a go.
-
Thanks for mine! Same reasoning on Mixon vs Moss..Mixon for volume based points (and I'm thinking it's getting time for him to score another TD, maybe not two, but at least one). JT should also see an increase on touches, though should still be more on Moss.. I like the Saints over the Vikings with them having a gritty D! I wanted to attach this team DEF stat chart but looks like have to do a link: https://cdn.rotoballer.com/2023/10/Team-Defense-Stats-Ranks-1.png As for Meyers vs Godwin, hard one..but a slight lean to Meyers but I'd see if you get other opinions!
-
Most sites have Mixon ranked slightly higher than James Cook..but Cook's matchup does look pretty inviting! I'm seeing it as Mixon higher floor, Cook higher ceiling with risk. I think my matchup could be close, but not totally sure... Thoughts/recommendations on one over the other?
-
I think we have a consensus! Overnight I gave it some thought before checking on replies and my lean was to start Mixon. Been hearing others thoughts of an early lead and running the ball more, weather possibly being a factor, Giants being banged up and easy to run on, ... But when all is said and done, my take is the Bills offense possibly not relying on Cook as heavily and my taking less "risk"... Thanks for all the replies and best of luck with your games today!!

Olave as well...

QB scoring: 6pt/td, 1pt/20 yds passing, -3pts/INT, -2pt/fumble, -1pt/sack AR is back starting this week. Watson is injured with a "sore shoulder" to some degree and only showing slight signs of fantasy relevance, lol. I am a little concerned about risk of another concussion with AR, but thinking of dropping Watson for either Stroud or some WR depth (either Palmer or Nico). I'm leaning towards Stroud mostly because decent QB's are scarce and I feel more secure having reasonable backup if AR goes out again. Thoughts - just be happy with Watson, go for Stroud, or pick up Nico or Palmer? Thanks!!
