TNF Discussion: Bears at Commanders - Wk5

Opponent started Fields and DJ tonight. looks like my Sunday just opened up. -
Yesterday I traded Kelce for Hall and Dalton Kincaid. (I know ; nobody cares) 12 team dynasty league. Might be a step back this year but I’m hoping for several years of plug and play from those two. My other RBs (Mixon, Pierce, Rachaad White) weren’t doing anything for me so far.
-
F me; I started Thielen AND Shenault.
-
I’ll never apologize for knowing how to dress well.
-
He looked ridiculous today in that ill-fitting suit, especially standing next to Charles Woodson. Gronk should not be allowed to dress himself.
-
I didn’t watch the reply, just heard the announcer say “oh boy...we’re going to take a break.”

As absurd as it might sound given they have six rings Belichick might have the best offense he’s ever had with this team. They are at the point of planning almost whatever they want on offense regardless of the opposing defense. They no longer have a dominant TE but with Gordon, AB, and Edelman potentially all on the field at one time there’s not real need. This could be a historically high scoring team. -
More unpleasant listening experience: that awful but relatively short halftime show or Booger McFarlund for the entire game?
-
Dak on my bench and went up against Mahomes and Admiral Ekeler. Brady came up big enough to give me a good chance tonight.
-
Whoever is making that screeching noise needs to be disemboweled.
-
Sat Bears D for the first time; picked up Dallas a couple of weeks ago specifically for this week. Boyz were great for three quarters and Bears got embarrassed by Saquon last week...expected more of the same from The Gurley Show. I’m behind by the difference in defense scoring.

Imagine a conversation involving her and Harry Kalas. I'd shove a pencil in both ears. -

She's trying too hard, and that weird emphasis on every fourth or fifth word is distracting. Rex is describing the action as if he's talking to someone watching tv with him, which sounds very natural and easy. I think he's doing quite well. -

I half expected Sergio to yell "Boom goes the dynamite!" -
Dorsey Levens: He won a title for me in 1999, capped by a 24/146/4TD stat line during week 17.
-
Very few teams have a clear lead RB. He'll start every week for me as long as he's active.
-
That's a very reasonable idea.

Can anyone honestly think the ball should've gone back to Detroit after CJ fumbles before scoring? The non-call was the least impactful decision the refs could've made. Let the players play, right?
-
1: if the Seattle defender didn't bat it out he could've simply caught it off the bounce...it was chest high and right in front of him. 2: there wasn't a Lion close enought to have a realistic chance of recovering it. 3: the ball was going out of the end zone on its own anyway. By not making the technically 'correct' call the ref actually let the game play out on its own.

My Season is slowing heading down the crapper.

I started Reggie Bush over Danny Woodhead at flex and it will probably cost me a win. My thinking was SD would be comfortable ahead and run Melvin Gordon all game and SF would be be trailing and throw to Bush. Ugh. -
What do you guys expect from Wilson tonight?
prisoners replied to sosatyme72's topic in FFToday Board
Same scoring here, but I have Wilson and down 29. Sorry but I'm hoping for a big day from him! -
Because of an unusually early draft this year (people had out of town issues) I had Kelvin Benjamin and Jordy Nelson on my team. I also drafted Edelmann and Stevie Johnson so I survived week 1. I put in bids for both Moncrief and Jones this week, got Jones. Terrance Williams and Devonte Adams were both drafted in my 12 team league and I feel lucky to get Jones.
