I feel fine most days. Healthy, generally well rested but a little tired, comfortable. Better question is why you do? I’d guess 99% of people on earth don’t feel borderline amazing on the regular.

A while ago I read about a study of the relationship between $ and happiness. Short version is people were happier if they were comfortable than if they were poor, but happiness leveled off right after financial comfort (paying your bills and essentials) and very rich people didn’t report being any more happy than middle / upper middle class. Personally, I think spouse / family, community, self-actualization, a sense of purpose etc. are all more important than $ or just having stuff.
