I have to admit, I didn’t see OP mention she’s not Caucasian, although he was commenting on the repeated GC claim that the media won’t show a perp’s pic if he/she is non-white. If you’re going to “play the game” then just own it and stop blaming other people. Nobody is forcing Ray to make everything about race.

Unwound was fantastic. Repetition and New Plastic Ideas are good starter albums if you’re interested.

I saw New Order with Pet Shop Boys back in 2022, fantastic show. You're probably well aware of them but I’m also a big fan of Unwound, who aren’t too dissimilar to Fugazi.

I sort of agree which is why I can’t pick them to make a big leap, but the addition of Keenan Allen and Swift along with whoever they draft at 9 is a pretty big influx in talent even aside from the QB. They also finished 7-6 after an 0-4 start including 5-3 in their last 8.

Chicago won 7 games last year so I’m assuming that’s their floor. If everything breaks right I could see 10-7. So I’ll split the difference and say 8/9. I’m assuming duh Bears are much more talented on O but it takes some time for rookie QBs to acclimate.

One of my favorite bands is Fugazi. Never really got their due partly by design: They owned their own label, played only $5 all ages shows and supposedly turned down a few blank check offers to play Lollapalooza. Never made a bad album and went out in peak form.

I saw them in Philly a few times in the 90s. I don’t love their studio albums but they were an awesome live act.

I wouldn’t call him a “murderer” but they’re right, it is pretty cringey how he’s a rock star. They liked George Zimmerman a lot too.

Right around .500 with 8-9 wins. They’re definitely more talented than last year but it’s hard to pick double digit wins with a rookie QB. The kind of turnaround Houston had with Stroud is almost unprecedented. I think Chicago starts slow and close the year stronger than they started.
