In the video you posted it looked like he was being restrained from rushing the protest vs. being attacked and definitely was not under assault or defending himself when he drew and fired. The courts will sort it out but it’s not looking real good.

Just correcting your version of events, where this guy was gang assaulted for showing up in a MAGA hat. He was restrained for repeatedly trying to rush the stage. The courts will sort it out now.
