Many of the PA Republicans who challenged mail in voting had previously voted for Act 77 (no excuse mail in voting). The state Supreme Court shot their challenge down because they waited until it was clear Trump lost to challenge the count, a year after Act 77 passed. The US Supreme Court refused to hear the case. They were for mail in voting before they were against it.
