    Why is

posted Today, 02:43 PM The game was over an hour and a half ago, that's why.

Commish is about to destroy one of my leagues.

You're right - he shouldn't have set your lineup for you. He should have kicked you out of the league after the year for abandoning your team.

    Marc Bulger looks like shaaaaat

There's nothing left of their offensive line now. Bulger has looked like crap since the moment OPace got hurt.

    The official Bush bashing thread!

I just traded Bush this week for Bulger in a keeper league.
  5. t-birdie

    Need some advice.

Both those scoring systems are idiotic. Quit the league.

    Andrew Walter leaves the game

Any reason why Ron Curry is the new QB?

    Rudi

No matter what anyone says about how easily anyone will run against Tampa Bay, I hate it when any of my players ever play them. They have a way of dragging a game down to their level of crappiness.

A team with the best offense and Def (Chicago)

Yes, San Diego's dominance over the explosive offenses of Pittsburgh, Baltimore, Tennessee, and Oakland was VERY impressive. There's no doubt in anyone's mind who the best defense in the league is.

Is Benson starting his run at the #1 spot in Chicago

The game was in garbage time by the end of the 1st quarter. Benson looked pretty good. He had some good decisive cuts and ran with power. He's a good complement to Jones, but Jones is clearly the better back at this point.

    Leon Washington

Yeah, down 41-0 the Jets did nothing but run him over and over and over and over.

A team with the best offense and Def (Chicago)

What, were there 4 teams in the AFL in 1965? The Bears will go undefeated this year and should certainly be viewed as the best team of all-time, in any sport.

Bryant Johnson is all of a sudden a star?

What is he? A former 1st round WR in his 3rd year? He'd be starting for nearly every other team in the league. I'd say he's a pretty good gamble.
  13. Kevin Faulk. with a bonus in leagues that award return yardage. I may have to move him up my depth chart. He just overtook SBryson as my RB7.

With any luck, Reggie Bush could be the next...

I had the #1 rookie pick this year. I tried to trade down several times, but no one would do it. I knew Reggie would be a lousy fantasy player but if he turned into BSanders I'd look like a fool. So I was eventually stuck with the #1 and had to take him. I tried to trade down to #2, #3, and #5. We're not talking real life here, we're talking fantasy, right? The Bears are real life, fantasy is just a name with a number next to it. Regardless of what Reggie did on the field yesterday, there was a "6" next to his name on the stat sheet.

    Bears 34, Cardinals 3

I'm sick of the pussified prognosticating. All of the projections always read something like 21-17 or 24-21. The lowest score they ever project is 7 and the highest is always 27. No one ever has the balls to make a call. I have to admit I thought the Seattle game was gonna be close, but I knew Buffalo was a blowout. Bears 47 Cardinals 3

With any luck, Reggie Bush could be the next...

I agree he's a game-changer for the Saints - but fantasy-wise, I'm thinking about trading him in my keeper league for a #2 WR.

With any luck, Reggie Bush could be the next...

Unfortunately, my league doesn't award points for "opening up the offense".

    bears 34 seahawks 3

Below average QB: 232-2TDs, win Elite QB: 196-2INTs, loss I can't believe that team was in the Super Bowl. Great victory tonight.

    All You Vick Doubters...

Yep, 92 yds passing. Great work, Mike.

    Steven Jackson

If they would have pounded Jackson all day against the 49ers, they'd have won. They go up against a team that can't stop the run, so they decide to pass all day long. I'm glad they lost.

Who is still on board the J. McCown bandwagon?

10-4. Someone has to throw Fitz and Boldin the ball. If you're high on them, you're high on whoever the QB is in Arizona.

Who is still on board the J. McCown bandwagon?

He's in a great spot though - Crappy team, no running game, great receivers. I'll take a mid '90's Drew Bledsoe throwing the ball 70 times a game anyday. I don't care who catches it. He'll wind up with 400 yds, 3 TDs, and 4 INTs - fine. In my league that scores better than a QB who throws for 250/2 TDs.

Could Julius Jones lose his job?

    Julius who?

Why is every MNF country themed?

This is the point. I'm not asking for "rap" or "hip-hop" or anything else. The original orchestral score for the MNF theme is an AWESOME piece of music - and what could be less controversial than orchestral music? Remember the intro in the 70's and 80's where they showed the great plays and great hits while the MNF theme played? Then it would go into the violin crescendo while a long pass sailed through the air? What could possibly beat that or get you more in the mood for a great game? Now we have dirty hicks and hillbilly music.
