RGIII Is Killing Pryor's Fantasy Value WTF Are You Doing Cleveland?
t-birdie replied to $epphori$'s topic in FFToday Board
I can't believe Cleveland didn't consult with you before they made this decision - and with the fate of one of your 18 different Yahoo leagues hanging in the balance. -

Gronk thoughts, who's trotting him out? ..or sitting

Hey, it's not Brisket's fault that Gronk isn't 38 feet tall. -

If they really want to eliminate kickoff returns so bad, then just F'ing eliminate them and give them the ball on the 20. They just don't want to lose the additional 5 minutes of commercials that kickoffs provide. -

2 minute drill and Belichick intentionally runs out the clock. Yeah, glad I started NE WRs. -

What the hell was that first down call about? Miller looked about a half yard short and a ref completely out of position runs in and calls it a first down. They didn't even measure. -
Maybe your league is different, but I don't want to score the most points - I just want to score more points than my opponent.
-
Only a confused person would think that.
-
I had a cancel-out party with all the naysayers' moms last night. I scored big time.
-
People who don't think hedging/cancel out is a thing = people who don't think the plane will be able to take off from the treadmill.

Going into the Monday Night game PIT vs SEA. My opponent is up by 15 and is starting BRothelisberger and I have Antonio Brown. Do I bench Antonio Brown and roll out Tyler Lockett instead? Only an idiot wouldn't. If you start Antonio you've lost as soon as the game starts. In no game last year did Antonio Brown score more than 6 points more than BRothelisberger. Lockett at least had 1 game where he outscored BRothelisberger's worst game by 15 or more. I at least have a chance if I start Lockett.

What if Team B is 20 points ahead going into the 3:00 games and has the chance to play Tate/Jones against Stafford, or could choose any two other WRs? Those are the last players to play.
-
This. Just find out what the players' stats are going to be before the game and start the players that score the most.

Best mid tier QB rest of way to target in trade

Agree on Tannehill the turd but I'm holding on just because his team IS such a dumpster fire. What I thought was going to be a good defense is an EPIC fail. They can't stop anyone, which means Tannehill should be throwing about 60 times a game. -

OMG, gambling sites on the interwebs could possibly be fraudulent to some degree? Al Gore is crying a single tear. We should sticky this thread for the 95 year old women who are still sending money to Nigerian princes. -

Don't play, maybe? Or do you really need to gamble that badly? -
I dumped him. I'm not gonna wait all year for him to be healthy like I did last year.
-
Although Doug Baldwin seems a bit low for an asking price. I don't think he's even rostered in our 12-team.

I got to watch Matt Jones since he was the Thursday night game last week. I have him too. My concern with his performance in week 2 was that all the highlights I saw were of him bouncing to the outside. I wanted to see how he ran in week 3. He definitely tends to try to bounce outside with nearly every run. When he did stay inside his vision didn't seem to be the greatest. That'll come with time and experience but in the short term teams will adjust to that. You might be able to bounce everything outside in college, but pros are too fast when they know it's coming. I like him too, but I can see how someone might be looking to sell into the early hype.
-
Yep. I'm paying Anderson $62 of a $250 cap. If I want him I can pick him back up for $5 next week.

Even if you're right, you want a RB who will get 60% of the carries in a throw-first offense with a bad offensive line? Ordinarily Denver is a great place to gamble on a RB, but there's nothing there this year.
