10-teamer, pretty standard scoring, start 1QB, 2RBs, 2WRs, 1TE, 1K & 1DST. Trying to upgrade my WRs since I'm one of the unlucky Anthony Gonzalez owners. And I have Schaub as my starting QB. Hoping to maybe sell high. I give Julius Jones & Trent Edwards and I get Matt Ryan & Bernard Berrian. Matt Forte, Ronnie Brown, Knowshon Moreno & Ahmad Bradshaw are my other RBs. My other WRs are currently Rodddy White, Lee Evans, Kevin Walter & Domenik Hixon. Ryan is his backup QB & his starting RBs are Chris Johnson & Kevin Smith. I'm hoping another week will give Berrian's hamstring time to heal & he becomes Favre's main man. And I'm not sold on Edwards or Jones performing as well the rest of the way. Smart? Dumb?

i'd probably go MJD, White & Holmes. Houston's run 'd' is horrid. White should get a TD or two. And I think last week is a view of things to come from Pittsburgh. I think they're gonna throw it more this year with the run game being less effective.

I'll go the other way from the others. I'd rather have McNabb (assuming you have someone to fill in for a week or two). Rivers didn't exactly light the world on fire last night. Granted neither did McNabb, but he didn't have to, with the way they were manhandling Carolina. And McNabb is supposedly considering playing through the pain. That, and Walters should be good to go here on out. He was held out last week more as a precaution than due to the severity of his injury. Now, if you can get someone else to possibly fill in, you might have to make the trade. Or make another to get another QB.

I might be able to get Maurice Jones-Drew for Calvin Johnson. Its a non-ppr/standard-scoring league. My current RBs are Addai, Ronnie Brown, Thomas Jones, & Ryan Torain. I feel like I might need an upgrade. My WRs are Megatron, Andre Johnson, Marques Colston, Eddie Royal & Matt Jones. So I clearly have a surplus of WRs. Should I try to make the deal or stick with what I've got? As always, if you reply & leave a link, I'll try to help you in return.

I have to concur with the other responses. Start the best player/match-up. In this case its Walter.

I currently have a surplus of WRs & might be able to pry Antonio Gates away from another owner. My crop of WRs include Andre Johnson, Calvin Johnson, Marques Colston, Eddie Royal & Matt Jones. I'd kinda like to do a 1-for-1 deal. Which WRs should be considered fair value. (This is not a ppr league.) As always, if you answer mine & provide a link I'll try to return the favor.

Andre Johnson has been pooping the bed for me, so I'm looking to pick up a free agent WR. My options are: Kevin Walter-Has actually outshone Johnson & Houston looks like they might be rebounding Bobby Engram-Supposed to be back this week, but coming back from an injury & he's old Deion Branch-See Engram, except not quite as old Muhsin Muhammad-Smith being back seems to have freed him up; he'd old Kevin Curtis-Back practicing, might play this week; crowded WR spot on team Lance Moore-Lotsa tagets & production the past 2 weeks, but how long til Colston comes back? Other I might not be thinking about? Please help a brother out & at least narrow it down for me. Thanks

I may able to trade Addai for Lynch, which despite this past week's production, looks kinda good to me. Lynch appears to have much better match-ups here on out. And he's out-produced Addai so far already. Should I keep Addai & hopes the first two weeks were an aberration? Or should I try to get Lynch now before he has the big break-out game? If it helps, I'm in a re-draft league with standard scoring.

Dunno if it'll help, but I have an offer on the table whereas I'd give up Warner & Donald Driver for Andre Johnson & Ronnie Brown.

I just lost Colston (and Burleson) & am looking to upgrade my WRs. I wanna trade Warner (I have Brees & Shaub.), or possibly package him with Selvin Young and/or Donald Driver. I have Eddie Royal, too, who I might consider trading, but I'd rather wait another week or two to see if he's the real deal. Now finally, to my question...what's Warner's trade value alone? Thanks. I should mention I tried offering Warner for Patrick Crayton straight up & was turned down. The Crayton owner had him on the bench & his QBs are Peyton & Garrard. Figured Warner was an upgrade over Garrard & possible starter if Peyton doesn't shake off the rust. I'll try to go after the guys you mentioned & see what I can get.

Andre Johnson is supposed to be back on the field this week. And the Texans likely will ease him back into his old role as "go-to guy". Assuming that happens, which WR loses catches? Logic seems to point toward Kevin Walter since he was #3 on the depth chart. But both Shaub & Rosenfels seemed to target Walter more.

I'd drop Crumpler & add Warner. Give him a few weeks to see what he can do. Then drop whichever QB is doing the worst. Who knows, Crumpler might still be available to pick back up. Here's mine. Thanks.

Pretty standard scoring league, 10 teams-two divisions of 5. We start 1 QB, 2 RB, 2 WR, 1 TE & 1 D/ST. Guy I'm looking to trade with is in my division, same record, right below me. I was thinking of offering: Lamont Jordan, Travis Henry & Selvin Young for Joseph Addai & Ladell Betts. My Roster: QB-Kitna, Warner RB-Jordan, Westbrook, Henry, Kevin Jones, Young WR-Roy Williams, Brandon Marshall, Ronald Curry, Boldin TE-Heap, Owen Daniels PK-Gostkowski D/ST-Eagles, Titans His Roster: QB-Rivers, Harrington RB-Addai, Thomas Jones, Ladell Betts WR-Torry Holt, Randy Moss, Shaun McDonald, Burleson, Glenn TE-Gonzalez, Crumpler K-Kaeding D/ST-Chargers, 49ers Obviously, the trade would give me two #1 RBs, but I'd lose depth. Which means if either guy went down, I'd be forced to start Kevin Jones or Betts. The great unknowns of Jordan (Is he healthy? Will he have to share carries now?) and Henry (Will he get suspended any second?) scare me. If Jordan is healthy & the clear #1 starter and Henry beats the charges, then I probably screw myself out of a playoff spot. Any input is greatly appreciated. I'd drop Carr & pick up Warner. If McNabb gets hurt (which he is known to do), I'd feel much better rolling with Waner than Carr.
