sorry but 60-200 billion will go somewhere, IN THE United States I dont care if foreigners come here legally for school, and after they have high end degrees I am all for them continuing to stay here and work with visas or work to become citizens. I will say that about EVERY SINGLE COUNTRY. college applicants are down big, there is no idea whether they are taking spots of Americans, but lets assume they are. A college is still more likely to take the A) more qualified student, and b) the one who pays paying for college yourself is the single most determining factor on getting a degree
