    Schedule for Updates - Projections

I think it's great that you have an update schedule, but... would I be asking for too much to know when you will be updating on 8/26 (the day of my draft). Is this a morning, noon or night thing? We'll draft right after work ( I'll actually leave early) and so I may not be able to connect ( we do our draft in person if you can imagine that! ) for updates once I leave the office ( 3:30 est ). Just curious

    Mock Draft Capability?

Do you really think it would be that difficult to do an "automatic mock draft". In the simplest for you would simply run down the current overall rankings and dump the highest player on the next team's roster. That seems pretty straight forward as far as getting a feel for how teams might shape up in your league with your scoring systems. I know the first timers im my league (at the office) never look past the first few rounds. But if they could see what was likely to happen if they didn't pick up a sleeper a little early.... And things like Average Draft Position are great, but it doesn't reflect my leagues scoring system - 3 points for passing TD's instead of 4 makes a difference. So a more involved solution might provide for projections A being used for teams 1, 4, and 7 while projections B are used for 2, 3 and 9 and everyone else uses projections C. Then you could give the expected draft order. This would be particularly useful if you had a good idea of where some of you opponents get their projections. The newbies almost always just use the projections that come with the site their league is in... even if it doesn't match their scoring system! As for a new "auto mock average draft position" (slightly more complicated) you could possibly use the different projections and vary which teams have which projections throught some number of drafts and determine an average as such. But I really thing the basic "fill out draft sheet based on this one cheatsheet" would be useful and shouldn't even be that difficult.... as long as it's not me doing the work

    Totals after the draft?

This would be a great feature if you could get it during the draft to see when and where the balance of power is shifting. It can make the difference in picking up one more player that you maybe don't need, just to stick it to someone that is already too strong, but has yet to draft a needed position.

    Value Based Tiering

Not at all. In a Last Drafted valuation in my league of 14 ( yuk ) that means that the baseline for running back is 28 down the line, 14 for QB, 42 for wide receivers, etc. But only 14 players will get picked in the first round. For the overall rankings I would simply draw a line every 14 players. But since the first 14 players consist of 9 RB, 4 WR, and 1 QB, that means the line in the position rankings would come after the 9th player in the RB column, after the 4th player in the WR column, after the 1st QB in that column. Then you look at the next 14 players that _should_ be drafted next and do the same thing ( but with different numbers - only 5 RB, 1 TE, 7 WR, and 1 QB ). The tier lines that end up being drawn this way tend to show what round each tier grouping will be drafted, as opposed to which players are close ( also very important, as it will shift who actually gets drafted, but also much easier to calculate ). If that doesn't make sense I guess I can throw together a screen shot....

    Value Based Tiering

Is it possible to set up the tiering so than instead of a fixed point spread ( like 16 ) you could use the Last Started Drafted value ( or one of the other overall ranking methods you include ) to set the tier level lines that are drawn in the position rankings. That gives me a much better feel for when I can expect a player to go in the draft rather than what players are of the same caliber. I can do the math faster than I can count the number of players at a given position on one tab and then see where they are in another tab. Just a thought. And I along that same line, can I add value to the position rankings?
