I've got Jayden Reed ranked higher than most, so I like the value nobody got from him @ 8.08. As it turns out, I didn't need to take Kyler at 8.07. I had 3 QBs I would've been happy with and I knew three would be taken before it got back to me in Round 9. I didn't want to risk it, so I took Kyler but one of the QBs remains on the board.

Loved this pick. I almost took him over Rice. I think Dak will be more inclined to take these shots with Pickens on the receiving end.

This is another reason it was a digestible pick for me. I already had three receivers, with Rice being my 4th. Probably wouldn't have done it with just two wideouts (let alone one) on my roster.

I was hoping Pollard would slide to me @ 6.07 but WW nabbed him. Soooo... let's go ahead and take the Rice gamble. I'm thinking he gets a 4-game suspension, which seems worth the risk at this point in the draft. I'll have to come up with some RB depth answers later in the draft.
