Anyone interested in selling their Internet part of the Sunday ticket?
private_pyle replied to patdaddyp's topic in FFToday Board
It might be a bit late due to all the hoopla you'll have to do through, but you can get dircttv regardless of the rules if your apartment has a view of the southern sky. The FCC trumps any rules you have there and they say they HAVE to allow you to mount a dish. Just something you may want to consider. -
Week 1: Philly Week 2: ARZ Week 3: NE or BUF, leaning BUF

Ok, What Do We Make Out of J. Lewis' performance?
private_pyle replied to scherber830's topic in FFToday Board
Let me put that question another way Lewis, 1000 and 6 TDs, reasonable from here on out? I think so. Im just glad I started him yesterday -
I just made a "iffy" trade, could come back to bite me in the arse...or could pave the way

If you have a flex, then it's a bad move. You should be starting AD in the flex and bench Driver. But, I think moss will have a great year. You got the short end, but not as bad as most people here think. GO RON PAUL!!! -
Dallas at home over the Giants and Philly over Green Bay. Leaning hard on Dallas.

Matt Schaub will throw 25 td's and amass over 4000 yards
private_pyle replied to chow chow's topic in FFToday Board
I'm sorry, but the correct line is to state that he will throw for 5000+ yards, in the vain of the great Tommy Maddux. -
I actually think that Jake is a plus for him, not a downer. In 2004 Jake lead Mushin Muhammid ( spelling is off, but you get the drift ) to a career year and top WR stats. Then in 2005 he did it again with Smith. Jake a decent QB, enough that he can make the throw when everyone on the field and in the stands knows that his WR1 is going to get the first, second, and third look before he looks to go somewhere else. Jake locks on his man, but doesn't throw too many INT. That's all good news for Smith.

Randy Moss will score at least 14 TD's this year. Most will come on passes of less than 10 yards where he just out jumps the db like he did in Minny.

Don't think that Bennett can be an effective or capable at the position of running back in the NFL. He's a sprinter in pads, not a running back.

Yeah, after all it not like Ookie, I mean Mexico, I mean Vick hasn't done anything in the past to embarrass the league. No, no false bottom water bottles with pot residue, no giving some young woman herpes, no giving the fans of his own team the finger. No, Ookie, -- Mexico -- Vick is just an upstanding person who all 4 witnesses are lying to convict to save their own skin. I'm sure he rarely visited his investment property where his relative was living and running a multi state dog fighting ring. A year suspension is gift, I would ban him for life.
-
The league needs to suspend him now. They didn't wait for Pac-man to go to trial, he's gone for the year. They need to show that it doesn't matter what player you are, if you are caught up in activity giving the league a huge black eye, you'll face the consequences. I like the new policy, but it's a joke if they don't suspend Vick for a least a year before the start of training camp.

I think I'd look at other as well and mabe consider taking my QB1 here. Depends who is still on the board.

And, I think Nap. Harris is out at MLB with a dislocated wrist. I'm considering a start for Gore this week with all the hurt on the Minny Def.
-
I you can manage to get fair market value for him, then ship him out. You'll find it very hard to get close to that though. He'll be back next week and have the Madden Curse behind him. Hold the line and ride the beast the rest of the way. One more tough week, then he's off to the races.

Never trust Dennis Green. He's a master of double speak.
