If I'm not mistaken, NBA teasers are typically 4 points? A game that scores a total 200- that's not enough movement to gain an advantage.

Yes, this is correct and it does not work for college football, only the NFL. DK are asssholes and they block you from playing these teasers.You will need to find another book. FD will allow you, but the juice is -133. Way too expensive. You need to be in the -120 range.
