not at all...Packers really only gave up two 3's to move up. I like it. this kid is mean and fills a void on the outside. now we can rest till tomorrow!!

I watched every Packers game last year and what I saw was fairly stout Def. Before you start laughing let me elaborate. the Pack's D kept the game close...Only until the 4th quarter when they flat out fell apart. I think the Def line was the most to blame here not our LB's. It seemed there was no steam and with the injuries we had on the def line it did make some sence. It doesn't matter now, Hawk will be playing the Mike position and will be responsible for run stuffing, which is probably his best asset. Lets hope Barnett comes back healthy, there's no doubting him motivation! Lets be honest, no one has any clue what TT is going to do @#9. What is nice is there are needs on our roster (mostly on Def) but they are no major holes. Def line, OLB, OT, and even CB will be the position taken I'm sure. Heck, TT might even do the ol trade down!! oh well, lets just hope he hits on the pick.

Will TT bring in a decent FA? I believe TT will really look at the possibility of Peppers and may even over pay. However, I feel that someone else will overpay even more, the chances of Peppers wearing Green and Gold is not very high. TT will make a couple moves in free agency however, and don't be surprised if its adding experience at the DE (Canty or Orlansky) and perhaps the LB position (BArt Scott?). Will TT stay at #9 or trade down for 2 5th and a 7th? Nope, TT picks BPA at #9. With 2 #3's there is no reason to trade down!! If at #9 who will they draft? Raji if available (a rotation with Pickett would be more than adequate). A tweener DE: Oropko or E. Brown. I SERIOUSLY would like to see Hawk try the Outside, he's a great athelite and I think could excell at OLB in the 3-4 (ala Harrison who's 6' 240) In this case i can see the Pack look at Maualuga. What positions need to be upgraded? I don't think OT needs to be upgraded if we resign Taush, but needs to be added too. Our biggest concern is to add a playmaker in our front seven even more importnantly add some veteran leadership to help the transition to the 3-4. Best case scenario is this: Overpay for Ray Lewis, he'd QB our defence, he'd add leadership, and he's got a few Great years left in him. Put Hawk on the outside. I'm cautiously optomistic about this switch to the 3-4, but our Def has a lot of talent. If the leadership and some 3-4 experience is added the sky is the limit. peace out.

Burress is hurt, Berrian against the Skins and he is inconsistant, BJ (w/o Boldin), and Furrey may get a lot of targets...? Also, LTs matchup against Tennessee and Haynesworth is much less intriguing than Graham against Houston. I may be over thinking but Graham seems like the SAFER choice!! thanks!!

Here's the deal, I have Peyton Manning and Vince young. (VY sould be close to a top5 QB in our scoring). I chose to pick VY up in the 8th round instead of a WR3 b/c I thought it may be good trade bait. Now another team lost Leftwich and has shown interest in VY. Would you trade VY for D. Branch? I want to have the same thought as everyone else here (Williams/Holmes)...BUT...Edwards is a #1WR and Holmes is a #2. Opposed to what someone else said I think you start Edwards until Holmes proves to outplay him. Leinhart may be iffy as your starter, but has weapons and could surprise (COULD). Your backs are nice with LJ but I have a bad feeling about R.Brown. If he outplays his preseason then your backs are set! (especially in a 12 team league). There still isn't another guy out there that can draw a safety over top and stretch the field like Moss. Favre still has the gun to go deep and just the fact that he'd throw Moss's way deep a couple times a game would open the middle for Driver and keep 8 guys out of the box on running plays... Plus guys, Favre wanted TO in Greenbay, don't think he'd reject the chance at Moss!! a motivated Favre for one more year..."I'd love to see it". And I followed Moss throughout this whole year and last year in Oakland, the biggest thing he did that hit the news was open up a smoothy stand...he's not the arrogant fool TO is.. I'd have open arms if Moss was traded for! Go Pack!

This question has a little to do with the Start your stud theory, a little to do with Game-planning...and ok a little to do with asking for a little help: Anyway, here's the Question: My opponent has the following RB's: SJAX, Maroney, D. Williams, and Houston. I have LT and Parker D. Rhodes is a free agent that can be picked up but if he is, then yoiu MUST start him. Don't get me wrong, I wouldn't start Rhodes over FWP but look at the circumstances... - I pick before my opponent in the WW, thus if I picked up Rhodes I would start LT and Rhodes. He would have to start Maroney, D. Williams, or Houston. which would be very favourable for me (also there are no other free agents to mention). - If I don't do this then he surely will and will start SJAX and Rhodes vs Houston with a banged up Addai... SO its not a, "Should I start FWP or Rhodes?" question. But more of a "Should I block my opponent from picking up Rhodes, so he has to play his crap?" (most likey Houston vs Dolphins). Am I over thinking this? Is this just plain playing scared? Should I take a valium and shut up already?? your advice is requested...the WW happens tonite at 12pm Eastern, so I can't wait to check on Addai's status if he'll even play or not.... thanks!!

My 3-man keeper league of 10 has incorporated the playoff format and the guys who don't make the playoffs (4) have a mini playoff for the following years draft choice. So the winner of this mini playoff gets 1st pick, 2nd gets second, ... It definitely keeps the guys into it until week 15. Week 16 we play a "throw $20 in and winner takes all." (this would be between 6 remaining teams, since there is 1 chamionship game and the other game is playing for 7th or 8th pick overall in the following years draft.) Week 17 is what I call a Free-4-All, where everyone can pick any lineup they want, winner takes $100. (taken from league dues). There are various bonuses like top performer, top weekly team points, etc. ($50). We've had fun with this so far, I'm also interested to hear what others say, l8r

I have LT, Parker, Caddy, and Jacobs. (1pt=10yards, 3pts=1 td) Would you make a trade for Tatum Bell? I would think Jacob's keeper status is higher but Tatum is a starter and has a favourable playoff schedule (week 15 vs Arizona). what would you guys do? thanks
