I'm slotted in at 6 too. I'm actually leaning toward AJ and hoping there is a run on WRs cause of their shortage (elite WRs). A decent back may slip to you or you might be able to pick up Brees (maybe).

I have pretty much talked myself into Fitz or AJ and hope like hell I start a WR run on the elite WRs. This assumes Forte, MJD, AP, LT, and either Gore or SJax go 1-5. I don't even want to think about somebody take one of those two earlier than my spot at 6 and let, say, LT drop . The real craziness would be some farker taking Brady or Brees and trying to outhink the room, but we'll see! If a mini WR run would start I could be looking at Portis, Westy or P. Thomas on the comeback. Not too bad. If not, I could be staring at Kevin Smith or Reggie Bush and would really have to look at Megatron, Colston or Wayne. Just be flexible with an idea in mind to start and be able to adapt "with reason" and not just out of reaction.

Our league went to a week 17 championship game (I don't know why! ). I have Witten and Barber and am 3-0 now. If the cowboys keep it up I can defintely see Felix getting the lion's share of the carries if they wrap it up and witten maybe even sitting too. My question is at what point in the season (if you do at all) try and unload them in favor of players who aren't going to sit? Thoughts? I think this is more of a FF strategy question as opposed to a team management question by the way.

Went Colston in Rd. 2 then Megatron in Rd. 4 and couldn't be happier. You have to expect good things from him starring opposite Roy. Kitna isn't Brady but he's no Boller either! Plus, you can't go wrong with fielding the leader of the Decepticons!

In hindsight, I totally agree the Palmer pick might have been reaching a little. I like your idea of Marshall, T. Jones (only if Favre is there), then Clark or Cooley. Totally could have lived with that! I guess the lesson learned is to look at who still needs what and figure if guys in your acceptable tier (of whatever position) might make it back.

Scoring? If it's PPR you're money. If not, you migh have to do something about the QBs although Schaub has looked better than average in the preseason. Playoffs for sure.
