Why would you be able to buy low on any of these guys, unless you play in a weak league. I know in mine I'd have to pay full price for all of those guys with the possible exception of Evans. Take Chase for example. He was likely a top 5 overall pick in every league. Who is going to sell low (the implication if one were to buy low), on him after 4 games? Nah, these are guys maybe you can get at fair value, whereas they may not have been available at all but for their slow start...
