The person who's duties Kamala took over re: the border was called the Border Czar. That's where that term came from. It wasn't made up by Republicans.

Not misleading at all. First of all, the only reason EG chose not to get paid is YOU tainted the bet. Bets are supposed to be in fun but YOU had to be a total doosh and try to collect early, spamming a bunch of threads and taunting those who bet against you under terms you lost with MY interpretation or ultimately the original terms of the bet. Secondly, I asked you to put up a post documenting ALL the bets and who you had paid so we could confirm that you had paid everyone. You declined. Which is fine, but leaves open the question of whether you've paid everyone you owed. Either way, IMO you belong to the Qlazzz welching team.
