It's Tim. What do you expect? He makes up whatever argument allows him to justify an unreasonable opinion. As I've said since day one, he forms an opinion and then develops the "evidence" to support that opinion, as opposed to the way most rational people form an opinion which is by processing data and facts and logically forming an opinion. They didn't interfere. In no reasonable world is standing around outside a room "interfering" with anything happening in that room.

Well, he's still in federal custody and no one is trying to get him out of it. That's pretty strong evidence that it was all legit.

I've heard about it on and off. If you listen to podcasts I think the court junkie podcast has a multi part episode on this trial. Might be worth a listen. And since it's a podcast there are no boobs to distract you.

Not just about upgrades Biden's administration moved control of Newark's airspace to Philly TRACON from NY's, but kept the data flowing through NY. On such an antiquated system this made things less reliable. Apparently they've added fiber optic lines to either replace or back up the copper lines theyve had forever and are testing them. Once those go online things in Newark should improve.
