I don't know anyone who believes that. I, personally, believe it was an ACCIDENTAL lab leak. But it was from research that wasn't being properly done. The lab was not up to the standards for this type of research. But because of the LIES about the origin the world didn't force China to come clean which resulted in two things: 1) We haven't done squat to ensure this doesn't happen again. While I feel for this young man, there a couple of points worth noting: 1) law enforcement has the right to hold someone for a period of time already. 48 hours is within that time frame 2). His birth certificate got the local charges dropped. The feds asked that he be held and that is why he's still in custody. This is a direct byproduct of our open border policy. If lefties would allow us to purge the country of all the illegals they let in instead of fighting it we could get back to normal.

They don't have to prove he was a gang member. He has an order of removal. The only restriction was sending him where he is now. They can deport him to any other country and be in compliance even with the terms as they were before he was deported this time.
