Where are you getting U.S. citizen from? So we are nice enough to let this guy in to our country and the only thing we ask in return is that he carry that authorization with him. He chose not to but WE'RE the bad guys for ticketing him for breaking that rule? I'll remember that the next time a cop asks me for my vehicle registration and driver's license. "Hey officer, let's just go to my house and I'll show them to you." GTFOH.
