What law says so? This is a country of laws, regardless of your feelings about laws. -

Disagree. She's had an order of deportation for well over a decade. The longer she stays the more sympathetic she seems. And she's purposely avoided her deportation, including hiding in a church to avoid it. She went to Mexico, forfeiting her appeals. It's time for her to go. -

I hope they get her on a plane ASAP before some activist judge says they can't. -

Interesting. I love a good conspiracy theory, and there are plenty to go around when it comes to the Kennedy's, but they'd have to have a really compelling case to convince me of that one. Everything I've read and watched on that accident points to an inexperienced pilot flying in to IMC conditions, resulting in spatial disorientation. Unfortunately, that scenario is all too common in aviation. I've seen no evidence to contradict that conclusion. This is the first time I've heard of anyone suggesting a different scenario. -

I've not been a fan of all the cuts Trump and DOGE have been implementing but attrition seems an appropriate way to trim a bloated workforce -

She purposely skipped an immigration check in. She also hid in a church. She has done everything and anything to avoid consequences for her actions. She is the exact opposite of the type of person we should allow to immigrate to our great country. -

Yeah, you don't care what the law says. That's the problem. It's impossible to have a discussion with someone who picks and chooses what laws are valid. Sounds like how you describe Trump. The laws you accuse Trump of violating are bad IMO. Therefore he shouldn't be prosecuted for them. Do you see how stupid and childish that sounds? You are not a serious poster. -

She got due process. You and Tim just use fancy words you really don't believe in as an excuse. -

Liar. I never said she had to commit a felony to be deported. She should be deported because she's an illegal immigrant, as she admitted to the cop who pulled her over. All of her subsequent actions support why she should be deported. I see you're ignoring my post on due process. I'll just conclude that you're FOS when you say you care about due process then. -

You keep saying due process. She's HAD due process: https://www.denver7.com/news/politics/former-denver-ice-director-on-agencys-history-with-jeanette-vizguerra-shes-had-more-than-due-process So either you believe in due process and she's had hers or you've been blowing smoke and just using due process as an excuse. If you believe in due process you should support her deportation. Time to put up or shut up Tim. -

No, deport her. Identity theft is a felony. -

Identity theft is a major problem in this country and much of it comes from illegals just like this. -

She didn't make up a SS number. Do you have any idea the problems it causes for the REAL owner of that SS number when an illegal steals it and uses it? -

No, it's enforcement of immigration law. How did she even get a job at Target? We should raid them for hiring illegals. -

Nothing in your article says the astronauts dispute Musk. In fact, they specifically say there may have been conversations they weren't privy to and that they have no reason to doubt Musk. -

The only way these guys can defend the behavior and stances of the Dems is to say conservatives do it too. Conservatives aren't perfect but they're not looney tunes like the lefties. -

Federal Judge blocks Trump military ban on transgenders
Strike replied to The Real timschochet's topic in The Geek Club
@The Real timschochet Let me explain something to you. Pretty much ANYTHING Trump does is going to be challenged in court, and a judge is going to stay what Trump is trying to do. Activist lawyers are venue shopping (you won't see these lawsuits filed in Texas or Florida) to pretty much guarantee an injunction. I wish you'd try to understand how this stuff works and that this issue at this point in time doesn't matter. Start the thread once the appeals are done.
