Not misleading at all. First of all, the only reason EG chose not to get paid is YOU tainted the bet. Bets are supposed to be in fun but YOU had to be a total doosh and try to collect early, spamming a bunch of threads and taunting those who bet against you under terms you lost with MY interpretation or ultimately the original terms of the bet. Secondly, I asked you to put up a post documenting ALL the bets and who you had paid so we could confirm that you had paid everyone. You declined. Which is fine, but leaves open the question of whether you've paid everyone you owed. Either way, IMO you belong to the Qlazzz welching team.

OK And the reason I am not confining my criticism of @peenie's post to THIS thread, as you and @TimHauck seem to want to do, is she was talking in a historical sense. She said: So we don't even know WHO she's complaining about trashing Vick. Which is why I asked her to post the historical data showing a significant trashing of Vick. I suspect she'd fine SOME geeks who trashed Vick in the past but a good number like me who said "I have nothing against Vick but he's not going to take you deep in to the playoffs with any regularity." Because QB's at some point have to good passers. But Peenie likes to just throw sh*t out without any backing evidence so when she makes sweeping generalizations I ask her to support them, just like @The Real timschochet who makes sh*t up all the time too.

I don't really remember. I never had anything specifically against Vick, even in Atlanta. But I remember him being the typical running QB who could throw some. He was a somewhat better version of Kordell Stewart. And my thing about ANY player is asking if they can consistently get you reasonably deep in to a playoff run so that your team has a chance to win a championship during their era. And with both of those players the eye test says no. At the end of the day a QB has to be able to accurately THROW the football and read defenses. When you get a couple games in to the playoffs you're going to be playing teams that play real defense and if you can't do those two things you're toast. And the worst thing EVER is having a fools gold player such that your team is OK but not great during their era. And that's what you got with Vick.

Can't have an intelligent conversation so just go directly to personal attacks.

Well, McNabb was the starter. It makes sense he would get the criticism doesn't it? We don't criticize Jarrett Stidham here in Denver either. McNabb was traded and then Vick became the starter Had one good year and it was all downhill from there.

Because the statement from @peenie that brought on this tangent was the following: So yeah it's gonna take a little more evidence than just one guy saying he thinks Vick sucks. Anyone can think anyone sucks. That's ONE opinion. Peenie suggested that ALL OF US have said that.

She said "you guys" which suggests plural, and more than two. If she's arguing with one person she should just argue with that one person but she's suggesting we've been saying Vick sucks forever. As far as your contention that Vick was a good starting QB with the Eagles, I just read Wikipedia to refresh my memory of his time there. I saw one good year, and they lost in the wild card round of the playoffs. Can you tell me specifically which years you're referring to?
