The time frame of the loan doesn't change because they sold it. As far as the principal vs interest goes that's normal. As time goes on that will slowly reverse. Towards the end of the loan you will be paying almost all principal and very little interest.

No they weren't. Many of the lawsuits were never adjudicated on their merits but thrown out for specious reasons such as "no standing."

Yeah. Heard a former high ranking election official interviewed on the radio yesterday. Apparently they compare voter rolls to all sorts of other databases to keep the voter database up to date. Haven't heard of any integrity issues in my time here. I moved back in 2006 so been here quite a while now. Based upon my experience here I'm not opposed to mail in voting but the way states that hadn't done it previously did it in 2020 was just a recipe for fraud.

Not absentee. CO is primarily vote by mail. In person voting exists but is a ghost town. The default is vote by mail.

Jerry, CO has mail in voting and has for a long time. It works well. There is nothing inherently wrong with it. But in 2020 states that don't normally do it did it on short notice which compromised the security of the process. But done right it's fine.
