Potentially it would. If she stayed in her neighborhood with her family and the protections that provides the likelihood of her getting raped is lower. These people who use human smugglers to get here are abused in numerous ways without any protections or recourse. -
Wow. Based on this thread it sounds like I'm missing a riveting address. too bad the Nuggets are playing the Celtics so I'll have to. You all enjoy it though.

Where did dude get 100s of USED dildos???? Never mind. I don't want to know. -
The law already exists. It was part of Reagan's amnesty. Our overlords forgot about it once they had amnesty. It's one of the reasons I am a hard no on amnesty at this point.

I've been pushing for us to go after employers as long as I've been on this bored.

Suddenly Dems think walls work. Imagine that.

Again, AND? My statement wasn't that no one is paying those rates or that they don't exist. It was that *I* hadn't and that anyone who did had bigger problems than a late fee. And those are facts, Jack! -

I've never had a CC with a 20% interest rate. Anyone who does has bigger issues than late fees. -

If you don't like the late fee find another bank. There are literally thousands offering CC's. Or pay your bills. Or pay cash. Seems simple to me. -

Well, to be fair. for a long time he didn't understand what the case was about. He thought it was about tax fraud. -

Absolutely racism exists Tim. Against ALL races. So what? There has never been a time when some individuals didn't judge others for some trait, and there never will be. That you can't get that through your thick skull means you will always be outraged about it. If you want to have a further discussion about this topic later we can, as fruitless as that's likely to be, but I've got to run. See ya. -

Strike replied to edjr's topic in The Geek Club
Apparently you don't understand how courts work, especially at the appellate level. They don't need to consider that because it never even gets that far.
