    States keeping candidates off ballots

What? The lower level court in this case ruled in Trump's favor. It was the SC of CO that overturned that ruling and removed Trump from the primary ballot. That's not a "lower level judge."

    States keeping candidates off ballots

If you read the dissent I recommended, you'll see that this proceeding didn't even meet the time frame requirements of the statute they're using to disqualify Trump. For so many reasons this thing is DOA at the SCOTUS.

    States keeping candidates off ballots

So I just finished reading most of the CO SC ruling on this case. It's pretty much a joke and will easily be overturned by the SCOTUS. The blueprint for that appeal will be the dissent of JUSTICE SAMOUR, starting on page 146: https://www.courts.state.co.us/userfiles/file/Court_Probation/Supreme_Court/Opinions/2023/23SA300.pdf Strike's recommend reading for the day.
  4. What's sad about the CO decision is that these are supposed to be some of the best judges we have to offer. This isn't a close issue. It WILL be overturned by the SCOTUS. But this decision does not make the judicial branch look good.

ROFLMAO at this guy. Anyone hear about him? He's a staffer for a Dem (shocking I know!!!) Senator who apparently is an anti-semite. He confronted a Jewish GOP congressman in the halls of congress while the congressman was doing an interview with NBC and yelled "Free Palestine." Then today a video became public of this little fudge packer taking it up the butt in a meeting room in the Capitol Building. Wonder how much longer his career in Washington is going to last?

    Another Biden Blunder

We were also working with the Saudis on actively combating the Houthis. He pulled that support as well. This, in addition to what I posted about in the Biden thread re: shutting down rail bridges to Mexico, could have an impact on the supply chain again. Great job Joe!!!!

Biden closing down LEGAL rail bridges from Mexico so he can redirect resources to assist in processing ILLEGALS, creating another potential supply chain issue. Good job Joe!!! https://www.newsweek.com/joe-biden-shuts-down-vital-trade-route-help-migrants-cross-border-1853624

You know how the Dems keep telling us everyone should pay "their fair share?" How come Biden can't get his kids to do so? Maybe he could pitch in and help them cover it. It's embarrassing.
  16. You mean the other participant from the video? Yes, he has been identified. I don't remember his name but he's a foreign student studying at some university in Washington.

  18. Great article about this: https://www.theamericanconservative.com/the-travesty-at-arlington-national-cemetery/ Oh, and @peenie, as noted in the article this memorial was built in 1914 as a monument to reconciliation, as a symbol of a reunited country.

Making sh*t up as usual. Of course I care about anti-semitism. I grew up in one of the most Jewish areas of Los Angeles, even more so today. I have a great respect and affinity for the Jewish people, unlike you. You need to quit making sh*t up about people's stances. When i say you support Roman Polanski/pedophilia, it's because you LITERALLY defended it for a long time even after the problems with your stance were pointed out to you. Same with other stances that I attribute to you. Show me ONE post where I've supported anti-semitism. You can't. Lying sack of sh*t. As far as whether it was a woman or a man he had sex with, that is irrelevant. He had sex in a "sacred" government building/room, by his own boss' admission. He deserves everything he's getting.
  20. It should have been covered but, and I haven't watched the video, apparently it was not.

As usual the issue goes way over your head. The issues are: 1) This cack gobbler is an anti-semite who confronted a Jewish congressman and told him "Free Palestine." 2) It's not that he had ghey sex in the Capitol, it's that he had SEX IN THE CAPITOL, a place his boss called "sacred" when talking about Jan 6th. I guess it's not so sacred after all. 3) If he were actually in a place where the Palestinians he so supports are located and did what he did in the Capitol, he probably wouldn't be around to post links to the video. I guess you're ok with all of the above. Some of us are not.
