What's pathetic is you not understanding what cancel culture is. Cancel culture is when someone has done nothing wrong and they lose their job or otherwise their life gets upended. When, in the course of doing your official job such as representing your school while testifying in front of congress you hurt the reputation of your organization, there is nothing wrong with being held accountable for those actions.
