No. I hope they prevail in their lawsuit and Disney has to make them whole. I kind of doubt that will happen but I don't know what promises were made. I don't believe in taxing to alter behavior. I've never believed in sin taxes and wouldn't support this use of them either. Not to mention how wasteful our government is with money. There is no reason to give that entity more money than it needs. It only encourages the continued expansion of an entity that does not create anything. All resources that are used by government are resources removed from the private sector which actually creates stuff. I will not encourage more of that.

We aren't doing "nothing." The U.S. has CUT it's carbon footprint more than any other country on Earth. Granted, it started out from a much worse standpoint than most but regardless, we've been cutting our carbon footprint for decades and made a significant impact. Like a lot of moves of his, this could backfire. Polls show illegal immigration and our borders are a big issue for a lot of Americans. And, like me, many will say this is another reason to vote for Trump. As an EO, it can be rescinded on day one.
