  1. 1) I didn't want to discuss this data at all. YOU brought it up. 2) I don't dispute that the trend may be increasing. I dispute the notion that it's because America is suddenly deciding to target the alphabet people. I suspect that over the last decade or so things that wouldn't have been classified as "hate crimes" previously now are. Because EVERYTHING nowadays seems to be a hate crime. 3) As to specific trends within the last year or two, I would attribute that to the general lawless attitude that has become prevalent, especially in lib run cities. When you choose not to hold people accountable, you tend to see people pushing the limits more.
  2. I refer you to my first point - The stats may not be credible.
  3. It's also worth noting the the suspect was killed when police encountered him. It's very likely this person had mental issues. Using a mentally ill person as a barometer of the attitudes of the general populace is weak sauce. Of course, since they're being so close lipped about any details on the suspect we can't try to make that determination.
  4. Oh, right. After I called Tim out he posted a link to a report on FBI stats. From his own link: So even the ADL questions the credibility of the stats. But putting that aside, it's not surprising that the stats are going up. "Hate crime" is a very subjective term. Given the move towards people getting offended more and more easily, I don't find it hard to attribute statistical gains to a change in recording practices moreso than a change in the actual crimes themselves.
  5. Yeah, I thought that's how it was supposed to work. I'm not supposed to care if a person is alphabet, black, white, or anything else. Which is funny cause that's how I've always lived my life. But people like @The Real timschochet are obsessed with the DIFFERENCES in people. It's crazy.
  6. Of course not. I'm just pointing out how @The Real timschochet is very selective about when anecdotal evidence is "valid" and when it's not, and how he's just a card carrying, marching orders following, hypocrite lib.
  7. So one alphabet person being murdered justifies all of the stereotypes and prejudices you have about crime against alphabet people going up? Got it.
  8. It had kind of a hard landing:
  9. ROFLMAO So anecdotal "evidence" is bad except when you want to use it. Got it.
  10. Except Tim offered ZERO PROOF of a growing trend. He offered a single, anecdotal story. You know, the kind of stories you b*tch about daily in the Covid thread. But you're not going after him like you do @lod001 As you can see from the post below this, Tim acknowledges that even HE doesn't believe in anecdotal evidence EXCEPT when he wants to use it. EVERYONE should be telling Tim to pound sand but you know, usual sides doing usual things.
  11. Two things: 1) I don't criticize EVERYTHING anyone says. Not even the libs. Again, choosing anecdotal "evidence" doesn't prove a more generalized point. But you're welcome to do a study of all my posts critical of others and break it down by topic, political party, etc.....I, of course, will expect you to post a link to the data so it can be properly peer reviewed. 2) I didn't read what Justin wrote. I skip a lot of posts from specific posters for various reasons. That's really not your business though. You're more than welcome to criticize what he wrote though. Have fun. Oh, and not criticizing a post I didn't read doesn't make me a troll, if that wasn't obvious.
  12. Says the guy who thinks the alphabet people aren't a protected class.
  13. There are a lot of trolls on this forum, yourself included. Notice a lot of us don't partake in that. Tim suggesting anecdotal stories are proof of a growing issue is just another form of it.
  14. It doesn't matter. Assume it's true. Individual anecdotal stories aren't indicative of a larger, more generalized issue. And @The Real timschochet has said so repeatedly. Yet, he loves to use anecdotal stories to push his own narratives. He's just a talking point spewing troll. He has his marching orders and he's gonna follow them, no matter how hypocritical he looks.
  15. Really Tim? I'm just curious what your reaction will be when I post an anecdotal story of a black person killing a white one and shouting racially charged things at them before doing so. Will you lament how much racism the black community has towards white people based on that one incident? I highly doubt it. Which is why you're just a hack.

    Gender Dysphoria - GREAT article.

That was pretty much my exact thought when I read that. And one you didn't mention: This is one that's been a problem for me for a long time. But yeah, it's like a list of the issues we've been discussing here for a few years now.

    Ignore List

Now you know how I felt when I got banned from the fish forum. Apparently telling someone to pull aggressive fish from the tank to suffocate them a bit is frowned upon at the fish forum.

    Democrats Hate Black People

Democrats don't hate black people. They just see them as a tool to get elected and gain more power, just like illegals. Do you really think they opened the border because they care about those people? If so, why did they throw them out of Martha's Vineyard instead of embracing them? I'd expect Obama to have taken in a bunch of them in his mansion if he really cared about those people.

Entire police department in Minnesota city resigns

Why are you starting a new thread about a story that already has a thread that you actually posted in?
