Not true. I worked at JC Penney's when I was in high school and college. Had to wear dress pants, a button down shirt, and a tie. They didn't supply it and I didn't expect them to. It was just what you had to wear to do the job. If you didn't like it don't take the job. Now, I also worked at McDonalds and they DID supply the uniform but it was an actual uniform with their logo on it so that's a little different. From the OP's description, this is more like JC Penney's than Mcdonalds in my examples.

Nope. What I posted was 100% accurate. The bet was made in friendly political fun. . As with everything, you destroyed any semblance of fun that existed with your premature gloating that you had won the bet, which turned out to be wrong by the wording of the bet and then when Biden dropped out by any possible interpretation of the bet. But your gloating, in multiple threads, and then refusal to honor the terms of the bet, destroyed any enjoyment there was in participating. So EG just threw up his hands and said fock it. He was graceful about it but if you don't think he intended on getting paid when he made the bet you're a bigger idiot than I thought.

I'm not lying. EG asked to be paid. Tim refused. EG chose not to accept it IIRC because Tim wanted him to give his his personal address so Tim could get someone else in his family to approve him sending a check. Regardless, EG chose not to take payment simply because it became more trouble than it was worth. It's not like they worked out some compromise. EG just said fock it it's not worth it. You're entitled to your opinion but EG not getting paid was due to TIM'S behavior. If Tim had simply followed the terms of the bet or, when he broke them paid up as requested, the payment would have been made. But because like everything Tim had to make it a sh*tshow EG just aborted the entire situation. To me that's welching.

Except that time he did. And if he did it once, he's probably done it before. It's consistent with his character.

It's Tim. What do you expect? He makes up whatever argument allows him to justify an unreasonable opinion. As I've said since day one, he forms an opinion and then develops the "evidence" to support that opinion, as opposed to the way most rational people form an opinion which is by processing data and facts and logically forming an opinion. He does it BACKWARDS.

They didn't interfere. In no reasonable world is standing around outside a room "interfering" with anything happening in that room.

ICE never entered the courtroom. Nor did they interrupt her court proceedings. They were waiting patiently outside. Not sure WTF you're talking about. Nothing they did was illegal or improper.

Well, he's still in federal custody and no one is trying to get him out of it. That's pretty strong evidence that it was all legit.
