Todays society is so weird. Kids died in pools when I was a kid too due to parents getting distracted but no one called for them to be arrested. it did result in laws requiring fences around pools to prevent cases like this though.

I don't believe I ever said she was seeking millions. I believe the closest thing I did was post an article that suggested that and I concurred with their assessment saying it made more sense than 75k. I happen to be aware of how these things tend to work which is to let the jury decide and implore them to send a message to large corporations which 75k won't do. So do I expect that she would have been awarded millions had she won her case? Yes. But did I ever say that she was suing for millions? I don't believe I did but if you can find that post I'll admit I'm wrong, unlike HackRainman.
