I don't think it's horrid at all. It's understandable. I know a lot of people I grew up with who are waiting for specific reasons to get out of CA. I'm trying to think of any of my close circle out there who AREN'T planning on moving away, most when they retire but pretty much all planning on moving. And I wasn't trying to sway you from CO, although it's a great place to live, but just showing you that there are ways to have access to a lot of the water activities we all grew up with in CA even in landlocked environments.

How many angry libs are there here? And for the record, I didn't vote for CA, MA, NY, etc......Those are all places I would still love to visit.

I would say it's because liberal policies have caused the states to suffer to the point that people don't want anything to do with them anymore. The FACT that CA has a net outward migration of U.S. citizens year after year has nothing to do with them being liberal other than the policies the libs are enacting are crazy and not beneficial to Americans. If the libs were enacting reasonable policies that wouldn't be the case. So it's not the liberals themselves, it's the policies the libs have embraced.

That may be true, but the fact that it happened should be an indicator that CA has lost it's luster. CA never would have lost to those states back in the 70's or 80's.

Agreed. The politics aside, CA is one of the most beautiful states and I'm looking forward to exploring some of it's lesser known areas once I get my pilot's license. Even the big cities have lots to do. You just don't want to live in any of them.

So? Did you read the title of this thread????? The poll I cited, which is biased towards Dems anyways, disputes the entire premise of this thread. Doesn't matter that it's a small margin. But this link shows EXACTLY what I said in the other thread. When a link from Pew supports MY STANCE you can be damn sure my stance is right and the one I'm refuting is wrong.

Why would you ask someone the same question at the same time and get answers 15% different? It makes no sense and I don't believe it happened.

No, I don't believe polls pretty much EVAH. I'm in the @supermike80 camp on polls. But rubbing your face in ones from sources you trust is always fun because you can't dispute them.

If I did it was because despite their bias it supported my position. If YOU are willing to post a Pew link, you sure as hell better accept them as a source if *I* do. But I will NEVER give credibility to anything of theirs that you or other Tim post. Just like if you post a link to Redstate or Breitbart, I better at least give it the time of day since those sites lean in the direction I do. The lost you replied to wasn't simply about kids getting shot. It was about kids being shot for use as propaganda and to try to blame their enemy. But you knew this. That's why it's a false equalivalency and why you are not a serious poster
