The fight nights are broadcast. They're just broadcast on ESPN or ESPN Plus. But I didn't hear his announcement. I just heard the headline. But if he's expecting 20,000 people Plus they're going to have to expand something. If I were him I would just expand the oval office and make it the oval arena. I would recommend getting Brawndo to sponsor it.

I doubt they would host a pay-per-view at the White House. The UFC has a facility in Las Vegas called the Apex where they host UFC fight nights every couple weeks that are broadcast on ESPN. That facility has very limited capacity. It's basically friends and family in attendance. I suspect that's the type of event they would host at the White House.
